I hired
and
of
(with signed contract) to remodel my guest bathroom.
seemed very courteous and offered ideas for design. The day the job was supposed to begin,
sent me text that he was finishing up another job and
would demo that day. I never heard back from
until I requested a walk through for problems and quality of work.
brought his brother,
to help, who quite honestly, although a genuinely nice guy, shouldn't be allowed to cut tile, install,
linoleum, etc. (My floor is now uneven thanks to him.)
was unable to install the sink or the new shower faucets, which kept leaking and had to call in a plumber to do the work. When it came time to pay, I had to since
had no money. I subtracted it from final bill. I was plagued with requesting
to redo his work such as making the light fixtures even over the new vanity; re-grout and flatten tile in many areas; make the tiles even – horizontally & vertically; stop the sink from leaking; straighten and install the fixture covers; install the corner
for shampoos, etc.; patch and sand the ceilings; he agreed to replace/purchase a new toilet seat cover as he scratched/ruined it; clean up area behind toilet; grout along bullnose near toilet; re-caulk area next to floor/tub and behind toilet/wall; clean the garage; clean the driveway; remove all garbage, etc. When I thought the job was finished, except for some minor details, I paid
and accidentally overpaid him by $100. I immediately called this to his attention, which he ignored for 2 weeks. I finally caught up with him 4 weeks later by phone and he said he’d be out that Saturday at 10AM. At 9:56AM, he sent a text saying his fiancé and son had been in a wreck and couldn’t make it. Weeks passed before he finally returned my phone calls, emails, or texts. He sent a text that he would pay me on June 10 and agreed to finish the work on June 10 at 6PM, including fixing the toilet which started to continuously run shortly after he had finished the remodel. On June 10, he did a no show! I sent a text to both
and
asking where he was – no answer! I phoned
and received no answer! The following is a list that to date has not been completed: $145 still owed me Toilet still runs continuously Vanity was never secured into the studs to prevent shifting – grout along vanity top and backsplash is now cracked along entire surface Re-grouting the cracked grout along vanity/backsplash Patching and sanding the ceiling (where they removed an overhead light) Installing and grouting glass tiles along top of backsplash WOULD YOU WANT TO USE THESE GUYS? I never thought they would rip me off!

When we moved to San
our house had Saltillo tile and
Steemer ensured us they could clean them along with our carpets. Note to self- only use experts to clean saltillo tile. SS caused damage and didn't know how to reseal the tile. In 2013 we were recommended another company, but I realized that again, their experience was in general tile cleaning. I searched Angie;'s list and found
. This is a very, very small family business. They came and gave an estimate and showed me before and after pictures of other homes. I also learned there are only a handful of experts in this tile maintainence here and in Arziona.
On the day of the cleaning, the owner and his associate arrived promplty. They were incrediby careful with our furniture and newly painted walls. Within two days we could use the entire house again.
While I thought it was expensive, I now realize that you can pay half the price for a general tile cleaner, but then the tiles are either damaged or a second professional treatment is needed.

We were looking for someone to help us with a tiling job. It was a small job. I emailed
San Diego Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
and she called back right away. She didn't actually do the kind of work we needed, but she gave us the name and number of a colleague that did, and this person was very professional.
San Diego Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
was super friendly and helpful and seemed quite knowledgeable. I would certainly use her in the future.

San Diego Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
was very responsive and was able to fit us on short notice and under a tight deadline to prep our house for sale. He and his crew did a great job and we were very pleased with the work. Although they did try to clean up each day, be forewarned, tile work is very very dirty and invasive so be prepared to clean up after they've left.
San Diego Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
was helpful and flexible with our design/ideas. My only caution is that have your design all set and discussed as
San Diego Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
sometimes works faster than he or you are planning on so tiles may be set before you have the final "OK." But it all worked out and we are very pleased.

We had already been shopping around for a quartz
San Diego Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
for our kitchen island at many places for quite a while when we decided to visit
San Diego Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
's location in Escondido. The sales rep
San Diego Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
was super helpful and actually made some really good suggestions that helped us make a decision on which stone to go with. He gave us a really good quote on the spot, so we pretty much immediately decided to go with them.
A week later they came by to create the template, which took only about 15 minutes. The fabrication took another week and they came to install it. They were slightly early, installed
San Diego Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
in less than 20 minutes and were on their way again. We called them back about a week later because there was some glue that seeped out at one of the joints and we didn't notice it straight away on the day of the installation. They sent someone out to fix it free of cost, which was great. Overall we had a very pleasant experience with
San Diego Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
and are now considering using them to redo our other countertops in the kitchen with quartz.

Basically, if you want your bathrooms to be AWESOME, then hire
San Diego Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
.
San Diego Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
is a professional and an artist. She went WAY above and beyond (read: out-of-scope) to complete the work on schedule and to absolute perfection. She used the best materials and techniques. She never missed a day of work. As a bonus she made excellent cosmetic suggestions every step of the way--she helped me decide on plumbing fixtures, tile, and decorative tile liner for the tub and shower surrounds. Since I'm a single dude and otherwise stupid about such things, her suggestions were extremely valuable. Her assistants,
San Diego Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
and
San Diego Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
, were wonderful as well. The work took about five weeks and her communication the whole time--so extremely important in construction--was perfect.
The price includes a few minor ammendments to cover a few repairs (you need to expect that for any remodel job--especially in my case since the house is 40 years old) and small additions to the tile work. While not included in price, her recommendations for custom vanities and mirrors+glass enclosures were splendid.

tub surround "didn't meet her standards".Very well. They were on time and very efficient. A crew of 3 were present and spent much of there time on the floor scrubbing and sealing each grout line. The crew were very pleasant and very professional. The tile looked beautiful when they finished, like new. They cleaned up and everthing clean when they finished. After they had finished to my satisfaction and after I had paid
San Diego Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
she made a final inspection and in the bathroom she said that part of the bathtub surround "didn't meet her standards". The next day she sent two men to redo that part of the tub. I don't believe one can expect more integrity than that. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
