"We started by getting three estimates from three different contractors, what a nightmare! We chose because of the project manager Bill. From the beginning he was personable and professional. He was on top of design and samples right out of the gate and provided us with up front estimates that would not exceed the set amount for the scope of work. He understood the work to be done and explained in detail all the work that his team would do. We must have requested over 10 different estimates from Bill and he and the entire team followed through with everything he said they would to. We felt that in every estimate and every part of the process Bill took the time and was beyond patient to listen and understand OUR needs. What we thought was a nightmare of a project, became a dream with . Thanks Bill and team @ . You will not be disappointed!"

They were nice and they didn’t hound us, but they were very expensive. We ended up going with another company to get the job done. It was a really big job and their estimate was more than what I wanted to spend. They were good. I ’t think they would have moved the bathtub. They were knowledgeable. They had three different people working on it. I would consider contacting them again for a quote.

" and came to my home in early March and we went through all I wanted done, then went home and wrote up a proposal for the work she would complete. The ladies started on March 21st and for the next month they moved in. Being of more than Social Security age I was in a quandry as to where I would start, ie the selection of fixtures, tiles and anything else I would have to pick out, it can be overwhelming. and deal with many contractors and vendors. I met them at plumbing and tile supply houses, during this venture I learned to go with my first choice, saves a lot of time. Picked out fixtures and tile, items ordered and they picked up. Met with the cabinet maker, as prefab cabinets wouldn't give me the the best use of space, and the cost, with real wood, was comparible to ready made. I do not drive long distances on major freeways, so again to the rescue, she went to one of her granite and stone suppliers and brought a couple of samples for me to look at, I choose one and the stone vanity top was in process. Prior to installing the granite top the sub came out and met with the two of us, measured and discussed the placement of sinks, back splashes and fixtures. During all of the picking out and choosing, and are tearing out the old existing Bathroom and hauling it all away. Going into this adventure was very upfront with the things that could go wrong, especially since this bath was very old and had had some very poor remodeling done, while there was some added expence and a couple of days lost with plumbing problems we all took it in stride.
When started the tile work is when I knew I found a keeper. She is very detailed minded and a PERFECTIONIST. Walls were tiled a pony wall installed and shower flooring completed, oops a dye lot tile problem, of course in the middle of the wall, I didn't notice she did. I could live with it, she couldn"t, upon returning the next day, she informed me that she was taking the area out and redoing. So she completed what I thought would be a major problem, with just a small inconvenience of redoing. But she was major happy. Each day as the work was completed I learned to appreciate more and more what true craftmen and are and by the end I truly had a remodeled bathroom I was extremely happy with and also very happy to say has worked up another purposal for my other bath and we have talked about my kitchen as well. Its also nice to feel so comfortable with your contractor that you can keep appointments and know that all will be well when you return. "

"The project was completed on-time and under budget. I could not be happier with .There team of guys are friendly respectful and will not disappoint. There quality and working knowledge is obvious. From start to finish they are by far a step above other contractors I have used. I recommend giving them a call before before deciding on any construction project in your home."

"We had a great experience. Sandy in particular did a fantastic job at helping us make decisions and gave us great ideas. I would highly recommend them. They also didn't overprice us and were less than other competitors."

" and his team of subcontractors did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen. We did a ground up remodel, where we also knocked out the wall from the kitchen to the living room, separating the two rooms with a countertop. This really opened up our otherwise 'cozy' living room. The results are nothing short of spectacular and the attention to detail was extraordinary.
The job started with and drafting up a model based on our request of the remodel. The model/draft included AutoCAD type (computer drawings) pictures of what our new kitchen would look like. After feedback, provided a written estimate detailing what he and his team would do and what we would need to provide. We preferred to pick and purchase our appliances and fixtures such as sink and faucets and have do the installs. Other contractors we interviewed included getting appliances, etc, but with we picked everything and saved $.
The job started with demoing the complete kitchen: cabinets, ancient appliances, plumbing, ceiling including lighting, flooring, and the wall between the living room. Next, a supporting beam had to be installed because the removed wall had load bearing posts. had the demo done in TWO DAYS and the beam in within the next week. They were so fast, my wife and I hadn't even started shopping for appliances yet, so we had to catch up. One piece of constructive criticism we gave , was that because we'd never done a remodel of anything before, we would have liked more lead time for when he was ready for items. As I said, they were so fast with each phase, we seemed to scramble to have the next pieces for them.
After the demo and beam, they worked the drywall which is textured stucco. This included matching spanish style arches on each end of the wall, then tying in a perpendicular arch. The result is a work of art and the stucco texture perfectly matches the rest of the house. The drywall included patching over an old doorway from the exterior into the kitchen as well as one window where our refrigerator would now be located. The exterior stucco also matches perfectly. This whole time worked to move plumbing, venting, electrical outlets, switches and gas lines for our range.
Next, the floor was put in. We purchased pretty cheap, but durable porcelain tile from home depot as it is not the focus of our kitchen and we were spending more elsewhere. Even so, it came out very well and 's sub contractor did a great job. The kitchen is a galley style (now more open) so we went for diagonal/diamond pattern floor instead of standard grid/box pattern to add a little style. This made more work for , but he was quick, the grout lines are even and smooth and there are perfect cuts around our cabinet boxes. had the cabinet boxes ready and installed as was finishing the floor.
With the floor done and cabinet boxes in, was ready for us to pick out our granite for the counter tops. We also opted to do a tile backsplash, which was ready to do at this time as well. The backsplash was a bit of a challenge for us to do since neither of us are designers or decorators, so we had to delay and his team a bit as we decided on a pattern we liked. In the end we have already received multiple complements on it, but it was a bit stressful. Some of the tile stores have designers that can work with you (ie Arizona Tile). gave us a good list of 6+ tile companies he recommended, but if you order something not in stock, be forewarned it could take more than a few days. We also picked out the sink so it could be installed under-counter with the granite.
With the granite and backsplash done, next up was plumbing and faucets. We decided to have a countertop disposal button, new disposal, new faucet and an undersink water filter and water heater that both go up to a separate faucet at the corner of the sink. also installed our dishwasher at the same time to tie in the plumbing with the sink (note: the kitchen did not previously have a dishwasher so he had to run the separate electrical to a new circuit breaker, new plumbing, etc).
After the plumbing was completed the team walked me through the fixtures to confirm there were no leaks anywhere. One challenge we had was that the water filter did not tie into the hot water tank and faucet that we chose, so we had to return it and order another one. The second time, we sent the specs to to review before purchasing, so he could confirm it would all match up. I would highly recommend sending him the make and model of almost everything you purchase so he can be sure it will work as it will save you time spent on returns and shipping new items, etc.
was then ready to install the cabinet panels and doors. We chose stylish Plyboo brand bamboo cabinets in flat grain Amber color. When we originally picked the cabinets we originally thought it would look different, but that was based on the sample book that plyboo provided with 4x4 inch squares of samples, and their website did not have enough samples to get an accurate idea of the look. responded with outstanding customer service offering to redo the work if we purchased new materials. In the end we decided to go with the plyboo we already bought and if we didn't like it in a year or so, redo it. Besides, did very custom work where he matched the grain of the bamboo so that each section of cabinets looks like a single block of wood. This includes the corners, which would usually have separate grain ends but he miter the corner joints so that the grain wraps around the sides. It was so well done, Plyboo has asked to feature the cabinets on their site.
Once the cabinets were done, put in the refrigerator (we kept the previous GE Profile as it was the only new appliance in the kitchen before the remodel) and installed the our slide-in gas range. We were going to wait to install the range hood first, but it arrived broken and we waited so long for a replacement, he went ahead and installed the stovetop so that we could start using the kitchen again.
With the kitchen essentially done, the can lighting was installed, with 3 pendants hanging over the countertop separating the kitchen from the living room.
Lastily to tie it all together they painted all the walls.
The compliments haven't stopped coming in."

"His tile guy was AMAZING and did a PERFECT job. The wood mantle that hand made and installed was beyond beautiful. It is apparent he takes exceptional pride in this craftsmanship. came by our house numerous times to ensure we were happy and to provide us samples of stain as well. He was always available by phone, worked exceptionally hard, ensures his tile guy was doing the job we wanted and his mantle was just incredable. I stronglly recommend that anyone looking to upgrade their fireplace gives a call. I work with a lot of contractors and was one of the very best I've ever had. He even recommended a great company to redue the old ceramic logs, and once again, we were thrilled. is an exemplary company. We cannot speak highly enough of them and ."

"Good:
Big Selection of tiles and good layout to display
They will give you a CAD design
The installation service was great and priced right
Bad:
Inconsistent responsiveness of sales team. I have had to call and email them so many times in the last month to get quotes. It is like they don't want your business. I worked with and and have the same issues.
It took me 3 weeks to get a quote on the shower tiles and install. And when they ordered the tile they said it would take no longet than 4 weeks (one tile was custom). The tile that was supposed to take a week took 2 months and they never called to let me know it would be this delayed. I am now trying to get them to quote me on finishing a wall and the bathroom floor. I have been at it for 2 weeks and still no quote.
I have tried using in the past and have had the same issue, incosistent help. Sometime they are really helpful and other times they ignore you."

"They were terrific. The job went really well. They did a nice job. They were very efficient. I have no complaints. They were very nice and personable. Their professionalism was very, very good. They are really knowledgeable about the products and tiles. I was very impressed."

" is fantastic and I highly recommend them. Not only were they the least expensive of all the bids, they provided the best service every step of the way - from the sale through the installation. To begin with, they spent a lot of time with us up front helping select the right tile and hardwood. I personally am not very good at being able to tell how a single square of tile will look in an entire room, so once we selected a tile, they ordered a single box so that we could it out and see how it looked. guarantees that you will be satisfied (or they will pull out the flooring), so they spend a lot of time with you up front to make sure that you will be happy. They gave us great advice and help when selecting the tile.
Their installation team was also FANTASTIC! They arrived on time, let you know their schedule ahead of time, and were artists in their craft. My husband has very high standards and expectations for workmanship, and he is very happy with their work. They were always considerate of our schedule since we were living in the house while everything was getting torn up. I've never experienced contractors leaving a place so clean at the end of the day. We are extremely happy with our new flooring and with the work they did. You won't go wrong with this company!"
