It had to be re-scheduled a couple of times and when doing so, I was told by the salesman that he would get back to me "within the next 15 minutes," yet I never heard back and had to call the next day. This happened twice. On the last go-round, I thought the installation was scheduled for a Friday and I called to double-check the installers' arrival time. To my surprise, the company told me it was scheduled for Thursday. That was OK with me, but if I hadn't called, I might not have been home on Thursday when the installers arrived."
