"They have a smaller selection than another company I worked with but you get what you pay for. I initially made an order and they told me it would take about two weeks. On the third week, I gave them a call and emailed the person five or six times but didn?t get a response. I called the call center and they said they didn?t have an order for me so ...more I talked to the regional manager. The person I ordered from was let go about a week after I placed the order and didn?t follow through on my order so I was left hanging. They offered me a $100 discount off of a job that would cost around $4500 which I found insulting. If you want aluminum blinds, they?ll cut them and they have a wide assortment of colors but then you are stuck with aluminum blinds. To get special-ordered blinds it takes a couple weeks. You go look online and then a person will contact you and they send someone out. They measure on the spot to give you a rough estimate and if you make an order, they?ll do a hard measurement to make sure you have the right sizes. They gave me an estimate, I placed an order, and they gave me a timeline of about two weeks. "

The valance turned out very nice, however, they kept our extra fabric for the chairs and never provided us an estimate. We attempted to contact them on numerous occasions but they would not return our calls. After the valance was paid in full we continued to receive additional invoices for installation which we refused to pay.
