"They had a whole lot of favorable reviews and that is probably why I didn't add mine to it. I was very pleased with them. They were very professional, I e-mailed them with my questions about my quotes and then they e-mailed me back. I talked to them on the phone a couple of times till we could get a time frame worked out. Also, I guess I initially had just called them for the carpet cleaning but realized to get my upholstery cleaned as well and they said that was no problem and just added that on. They had enough free time to do it so they did it the same day that they did the carpets. I think you could probably get it done maybe cheaper in other places but I don't think the quality would have been as good. For their company the price was comparable. "
