Shoe Repair Reviews in San Antonio

Our dishwasher was working intermittently. So we had them look at it. The first time the technician took the door apart and inspected it and suggested that everything seemed ok and we try using dish rinse saying that it might be causing the beeping and to call them back if that didnt fix the issue. We tried the suggestion and it still was having the issue. So we called them a second time. The same technician came and suggested that we get the computer on the door fixed. He said it will cost $120 for parts and $80 for labor and it will come with a 3 month warranty. Seemed like too much to spend for a 4 year old appliance and we decided not to go with the repairs and replace it instead.

The owner , sorry I don't remember his name, was very prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. His fee was very reasonable. I would recommend him to my friends.

Shoe Repair reviews in San Antonio

Between both jobs, first at $850.00, second approximately $150.00, expensive yes! But, the quality and responsiveness to my request for materials to be installed of dishwasher, kitchen faucet, and repairs of 2 leaking toilets was excellent. Furthermore, when my wife called

& Testing about the drainage clog, responded the same day of call and took less than 2 hours to repair. Plus, they always give the Angie's list discount to Angie's List Members who immediately tell them over the phone, that you are a member.I've never used any other plumber, so, costs could be lower or they could be higher, don't know, but, having all the repairs done and completed so efficiently was worth the price to get all these chores done and with high quality service!

They were extremely prompt and helpful. On the day the plumber came by to look our disposal, he noticed that our guest bathroom toilet was missing a part and as such not working, so he took it upon himself to fix it for us at no charge. A couple days later, he came by to replace our water softener, and again noticed our garage door needed a little TLC. He hammered in the frame and fixed the door, again at no charge. We are beyond impressed by the quality of service we received.

I have used him in the past. I recommend him to family and friends. He arrived up on time. He seemed very experienced with appliances. I felt like he didn't take advantage of me at all.

We had 2 large, custom ceiling fans from the late 70's that were making lots of noise.

was able to diagnose each fan's different problem, and repair them quickly and efficiently.
I learned many things I didn't know, on how to care for these great old fans!

Initial appointment scheduled 8-10. When no arrival by 9;30, called just to be sure everything Ok. Told drivers truck broke and sending someone from out of town. Will be there after 10;00. No call, no apology. Repairman friendly. Used dryer that evening and did not work properly.

Called for another appointment and on call person

extremely rude. Gave arrival range of 5 hours for follow up. Take it or leave it. Questioned her rudeness (kids screaming in background) and she would not respond. Asked if I could get a smaller arrival window and again, take it or leave it. hopefully will get fixed this time but will never use this service (or lack of) again nor recommend.

This is the MOST FANTASTIC business in San

. His honesty, work ethic, and work product is spectacular. He understands customers--and aims to please. He enters the house with booties, keeps the work area clean. He came prepared to fix, with most items on the truck. In the case of the wine refrigerator, he modified a part since they were no longer made. If he can't fix it in the home, he brings it to his shop and quickly returns. I am so impressed with this company... Use him--he's the BEST!

This home improvement effort was probably whe worst workmanship I could ever have imagined. The workmen (to include the owner of the business) had no clue what was needed and never paid attention to what we really wanted. They made false claims about the durability of the items installed that have not come through. Although they have a project manager he really had no idea what he is doing.....scheduling a gutting of the kitchen days and days before actual work began and leaving us left with piles of junk and unable to move around the kitchen. This was extremely poorly planned. We had to eat out and should the work have done logically this should not be the case. Furthermore, when they installed the sink (which ended up being different than the one we were told we ordered) the sink didn't fit so they decided to caulk it with a clear resin -- which looked stupid and we caught. This required the sink installator to come back for the 2nd or 3rd time. The project manager must have had some sort of anger management issues as he would pounce through the house like an angrey rooster and refuse to speak to anyone. He was EXTREMELY RUDE. Extremely. Complaints to the boss about this behavior got nowhere. Some of the work they oversaw (because they outsourced some of it) was THE worst work I've ever seen. We had to get another contractor to rip out and replace the item (bathroom sink). One of the main company's workman ruined the paint in the bathroom (for the second time).I would not recommend this group in any way shape or form. They act like good old professional boys but when it comes to reality it is a totally different story. They talk a real, real good story....including all sorts of bashing of other companies and how unprofessional and unethical they are and would never think of doing less than a perfect job. Ha! We learned the hard way.

Dryer would not turn on. Service man took appliance apart, found problem is that motor is starting to go bad. He was able to get it going again and showed us how to restart it if it happens again. Gave approximate pricing for replacing motor and told us we could do it now or wait until it

again. Also tightened the door so that the door light would stop coming on. Just paid the $40 fee for him to come out and diagnose problem since we decided not to replace motor until it
