"I initially contacted 
company in March. The first call I made I left a message with my name, call back number, and reason for the call. A whole week went by and I still had not received a phone call from . I went ahead and attempted for the second time to get in contact with this time I spoke extensively with about what I needed to get done. assured me that one of the roofers would call me back to set up a date and time for an estimate. All my information was given at the time of our phone call. Well this time I thought for sure someone would call me back but nobody did and this was after a week I had spoken to . I thought to myself this is not a good sign but I didn't give up because I felt from all the good reviews I read in Angie's List this just could be a front office error of some sort not to be reflected on the great services provides. So the third time was definitely the charmer. I got in contact with to find out what happened and why nobody returned my calls . She vaguely recalled when I spoke to her and didn't even have any written record of my name and the services I needed done. At this point knew I was upset. I allowed to explain the reason for not getting back with me and she could not find one. She took full responsibility for her errors and sincerely apologized. I respected her honesty and truthfulness and took the apology. This time around guaranteed someone would contact me ASAP. I finally got the call from , the roofer, on Monday April 18 we set up a date/time for my roof to be assessed. On April 21 called me back to give me an estimate of repair. I expected him to say I had to replace the whole roof but he didn't he stated " Your roof looks good and it could last you another 2 to 3 more years." I appreciated his honesty and his expertise. I didn't call around for another estimate because I felt the price he gave me for the repairs was fair. The small repairs to my roof were done on April 28 and called me right after to let me know exactly what he had done and encouraged me to call back with any concerns or questions. Despite my experience with all the missed call backs and the length of time it took just to get an estimate I was satisfied and pleased with the services and prices from company."

Integrity came to the rescue with an unbelievable price, professional approach, and a guarantee policy that was unmatched by our two other bidders. The work was completed in a few short days and the crew was respectful and professional throughout the job. The site was cleaned and the roof looked spectacular once completed. We have since referred them twice and have received personalized messages from the owner (and neat gifts) for our referrals and continued relationship. In this town it is very difficult to find licensed, bonded contractors that can back up the work or the mishaps that can occur. Integrity gave us great work but more importantly, peace of mind that they will be around in 10 years if we need to cash in on the warranty and guarantees they provided. We definitely recommend them for roofing and siding.

"They were at my house for five days. I have NEVER had a company, especially roofers that have done such immaculate, hassle free work. Each day when they left they cleaned everything up and it didn't even look like they had been there. They started on time and finished on time. These are extremely professional people and worth every bit of the money I had to spend. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair. "I needed to repair the roof of my house and contacted based on Angie's List reports. We contacted them and came by my house. After a detailed inspection, he prepared a Free estimate on the repairs needed. We decided to go with because of 's professionalism throughout the entire process. He and his team have done a terrific job on the repairs and I will recommend them to anyone needing any kind of roof repairs."

"It started a little rocky, with the salesman saying he could get a certain shingle color, which as it turns out is not available in our state. So I had to settle on a different color; not a deal breaker, but besides confusion and a little delay, was not totally his fault. The crew showed up at the scheduled time and installed the roof in 2 days. It looks good, and so far we have no leaks.
There were a couple of negatives: their inspector who checks after the work is finished to see if there are any problems, did not do a good job, since he declared everything finished, but it was obvious to us that not all the vent pipes had been painted. Also, they did not do a good initial job of checking for nails, even though they ran the magnet around the yard, after the first rain we found a lot of nails had washed off the roof and landed very close to our car tires. We called their office on both problems and they took care of them quickly (although I found 2 more nails yesterday. I think they are breeding!)
But what makes up for these minor problems, and the occasional lapses of communication between their office and the men in the field, was that their owner, really seems to care and want us to be happy with the job. Their was some confusion whether the original contract included replacing a small section of 2x8 wood trim that had rotted. graciously agreed to take care of it at no charge; they even had to have a piece of wood specially cut to match the odd size on our trim. It turned out well.
I am pleased with their honesty, dependability, and caring to make us happy with their work."

"I chose as a finalist because of the excellent reviews in Angie's List. I had to call them twice, since they promised during the first phone call to have someone call me back, but no one did. I called again, and called me back, saying that they were having problems with their estimators. He came out to my house while I was at work, and gave me an estimate of $225 for the small repair, and $7648 for the total roof replacement. I have a small, one-story ranch home, and I thought that the prices were too high. The small repair price was OK, but another Angie's List Contractor gave me a better price."

"We were happy with them. We got estimates from different companies and this company came out and put new shingles and new tar paper. They also put some metal flashing stuff up there and so far it has helped. We think we spent a couple of thousands on that service. They came out and estimated the roof job and it was a real valid estimate of what they thought they would do and did it. They also cleaned up after themselves. Their professionalism was also good and we would recommend them to others."

" is true to his word, which is not something you find very often. After completion of the work he walked thru it and if we were not satisfied, worked to make sure we were satisfied. conducted himself in a professional manner. He was very pleasant to be around as the work was completed. He came by often to ensure the work done by his crew was done correctly. We highly recommend and hope to have the opportunity to have additional work done by his company in the future."

"The woman who answered my call was pleasant an efficient. A date and time was established and the estimator was prompt. Bill is a very personable man who was highly professional. He was quick and responsive. The bid was very close to the company I chose and I may have selected Action but the low bidder I chose offered a better price. This was partly due to the coupon they have for Angie's list users. The other company was $300.00 lower with the coupon. I almost chose Action because I really liked Bill."
