quickly recognized the problem area around the fireplace chimney and in a valley. He added flashing and shingles (which he had with him) in both areas, sealed roof vents and around the skylight and around an upper window, as well as around the chimney. I had called him after seeing the $99 deal; the additional leak repairs cost another $250. Since I had previously called a man (recommended by the original roofing company) who charged $350 to put some sealant at the valley and said the chimney was fine, I feel that I got much more repair from
San Antonio Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
for approximately the same price, and I feel that he was much more knowledgeable.
San Antonio Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
also provided a year's warranty (the other man would not guarantee his work).
San Antonio Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
even provided a little bonus! He noticed that my glass door did not close properly, so he asked if he could make adjustments to correct this. I have had this door for years, it has never closed properly, and numerous people have attempted to fix it.

was reliable and very affordable. I called them based on a recommendation from a relative who had previously contracted them for their roof. They gave me an estimate and finished the work within the time frame that was quoted and stayed at the initial estimate they had quoted. The only issue I had with them was that I don't believe they ran the magnet through the yard, I did find a few nails. They gave us a warranty, all in all I am pleased with the job they did on the roof. My brother, who inspects everything, looked at it and said they did a good job. He said that the shingles looked even and clean, which according to him is one indicator that the work was done well.

was extremely friendly and helpful. I showed him a shingle that had come off the roof. He said that it was still good and took it back up and installed it better so it would not come back down. He also caulked things that I did not expect him to take care of. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend you give him a call. He is all about making a customer/friend for life and taking care of you. Kudos

came out ASAP and completed the repair. Turns out a larger area of shingles needed to be replaced due to a defect when the house was built. He had matching shingles in his van and replaced an 8'x10' area with new shingles. Repair was done in about and hour.
Great job.

"All four sides of my house had rotten facia... including damage to my 18yo roof from an overgrown tree. Determining I needed some major roof repair I solicited several quotes from different roofers and I decided to go with
San Antonio Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
.
San Antonio Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
came out and thoroughly appraised my house looking on top of the roof and chimney and educated me on what I needed to consider. I didn't feel like I was upsold on any extra features or would be surprised by

costs. He suggested and quoted drip
San Antonio Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
which the original manufacturer neglected to install and made sure the replacement facia was adequately protected.
I had them replace rotten facia that flanked all four sides of my house with damage to the roof have a two story split level home that required a significant amount of work. Once they started work things went quickly... The crew worked from morning till evening across a few days to get the work done and complete. The attention to detail was really good and
San Antonio Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
made sure that the work was done to my satisfaction. During the job I would get several texts from
San Antonio Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
showing the damaged areas of my roof and what was required to be replaced. Toward the end of the job there were only two or three people finishing up the work and every day the debris was cleaned and moved away. The drip

looks fantastic and he left me with instructions on how to maintain my facia and roof.
I feel very happy with my new roof and facia and would not hesitate recommending

again...

I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a roofer and I will call them again in the future if need be.

" Wednesday September 25, 2013 the roofing project started with a full work crew. They removed the old roof shingles and felt then installed felt on both floors and the second floor was completed by the end of day one. At sunset I noticed the color of the roof shingles from a distance seemed a lot darker than the ones that were ordered. Thursday September 26, 2013 it was determined the wrong color shingles had been ordered. The color was driftwood and should have been teak. Once the error was discovered no work was done for the rest of the day and new shingles were ordered. Friday September 27, 2013 in the late morning two pallets were delivered no equipment available to off load them and place them on the roof. They were placed on the ground and all of the old and new shingles had to be manually hauled up using a ladder! This was a time consuming process and took about 2 ½ hours to complete. Once this was accomplished the second floor was re-stripped and the felt reinstalled as well as the aluminum drip line on both floors. During the late afternoon all work was suspended due to the high threat of rain. That evening I discovered the wrong color drip line had been ordered. The color was almond and should have been tan. Saturday and Sunday September 28 and 29, 2013 no work was performed because of the forecast of rain during the weekend. Monday September 30, 2013 work resumed and the shingles were being installed on the second floor when it was discovered (by me) around noon the incorrect drip line had not yet been removed from the second floor and part of the first floor. Work was stopped after a quarter of the new second floor shingles had been installed. All of the drip line was removed and the correct color was installed. Work continued throughout the day and most of the shingles were laid on both floors by the late evening. Tuesday October 1, 2013 the rest of the shingles were installed on the roof and the project was finished in the late afternoon. Wednesday October 2, 2013 the project supervisor came out and made a final inspection and there were still numerous problems with the finished work requiring additional fixes. 1.) Various repairs to gutters (torn gutters and realignment), paint required on both front fascia’s. 2.) The flashing at the main entrance under the roof fascia leaks during rainstorms (this took 3 times to get it fixed!). 3.) Debris found in both attics from the ridge vent installation and the removal of the old circular vents (two trash bags full to include several 2 x 4s is way too much) 4.) Debris in yard ....nails, metal discs, plastics wrap. This took a total time of about 6 hours to fix and was done over a period of 2 days. This roof project was not without difficulties and I had to reschedule travel plans because of it. Incorrect color shingles and drip line were ordered. (How in the world that both would be the wrong color is beyond me!), project estimated completion time was two days total time to install new roof seven days, attention to detail by the work crew was definitely lacking for this particular project (Equipment and gasoline stored in the backyard, grass trampled, crew had to be constantly reminded to keep the equipment off the grass and put it on driveway as well using the rain gutters as a brace for their ladders to get on the roof, throwing shingles off the roof that resulted in broken plants and paint touch ups to the front of the house and the garage doors, and finally using the rain gutters to sweep the trash and debris into) . Taking into consideration all that happened during this project all issues were addressed in a timely manner and a conscious effort was made to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. The project supervisor
San Antonio Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
gave his best effort to fix things as they arose.
San Antonio Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
one of the owners of the company personally came out and inspected the site on several occasions and gave his assurance that all would be fixed correctly which I definitely appreciated. He also informed me of the corrective actions taken so this would not happen to customers in the future. During this project,
San Antonio Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
did not make any excuses, followed through with action, and always stepped up to make everything right. I would recommend them for any repair or roofing project!!
