"I have used them a total of 3 times. They sent a crew of 3 and they charge me $115/hr plus 30 minutes of travel time. It took about 4 or 5 hours. They were right on time and they did exactly what they were supposed to do. They made my move easy. I would recommend them to others. They are very careful when handling our personal belongings."

Because no such trip was imminent, he very graciously proposed an amazing suggestion: family business was taking him out of state the upcoming weekend, passing through Dallas; he suggested that he could transport my organ on this trip, with his professional truck, padding, etc. and deliver the organ on his return trip (pick up Thursday, deliver Sunday). The price was extremely attractive; it was much less than it typically would have been under different circumstances - and much less than another estimate I received. Because of the nature of his trip for family business, we also had the pleasure of meeting his wife and daughter. The day of the move, two movers arrived in a truck with all the necessary materials to pack our belongings. They left my house neat and clean. The next days, I opted for four men and two trucks. They arrived at the stated time and worked nearly continuously for about 11 hours to move all my stuff. "The movers had told me that they would arrive between 8:00 and 8:30. When they didn't arrive by 9:00, I called them. They told me that they were having trouble getting a crew assembled, but that they would have one put together soon. They finally arrived around 10:30. That was a concern, since I had quite a bit of furniture and boxes to move and ...more also the same from a storage unit. When they arrived, the head guy called back to the office and told them that it would be a 2-3 hour job, which I thought was very unrealistic. Around 3:00 pm, the head guy called back to the office and requested help, so that they could finish the job the same day. They ended up sending another crew and truck, which I had to pay for. The mirror to my dresser was damaged during the move (mirror cracked and damage to the wood). They took it to repair it, which took 3 weeks. The repair was OK, although the original mirror was beveled and the repaired one is not. There were also nicks in the wood of the door of my new house. They adjusted my bill by $80, so that I could get this repaired on my own."
