and Marble was recommended to us by our kitchen re-modeling contractor.  Although he told us that we might be able to find a slightly better price, in his experience Delta's professionalism and attention to detail surpassed any other granite contractor.  He was right on target.  From beginning to end, Delta exceeded our expectations.  Geoff was our main contact for the project, and he

us through each step with ease.  He patiently helped us select the two slabs of granite needed for our project.  Also, their new designer, April, found the perfect tile and tile trim for us after carefully listening to what we were looking for.  The fellow who came out to do the templates fully explained our options and made excellent suggestions (at our request) when we weren't sure exactly which way to go on a couple of options.  The installation happened on time and as promised, and the installers were professionals all the way.  I was amazed at how easily (and carefully) they handled the heavy pieces of marble.  Those guys really know what they are doing.  In fact, everyone we worked with at Delta knew their job and we quickly realized that our confidence in them was well founded.  We would recommend them to anyone who needs granite or marble countertops.

"The original installation seemed to go fairly well except that he cracked the granite around the

, plus one corner of the sheet around the sink sank a little and didn't line up with the adjacent sheet. I puttied up the crack, and then shimmed up the sheet myself, and it looked fairly decent. But then last month my "under-the-counter" sink started sinking and separating from the marble. I guess he had just glued it to the marble originally, with no physical supports. I called
San Antonio Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
to come fix that problem (I was willing to pay him, since I was not confident on how to fix it myself), and he said he would come out that week. He didn't come out that week, or the next 3 weeks. He kept promising to come but never did. I finally pinned him down to a definite time, and arranged to meet him. Well when he didn't come at the assigned time, I called back and he said he was waiting for another crew member to show. I said I would cancel an appointment I myself had so that I could wait for him. Well he never showed, and now will not take my phone calls. I ended up fixing the problem myself.

"2010 was my year to start remoldeling. With the aid of Angie's List I had thus far put in a new driveway, new windows, a new water softener refinished my avocado bathtub, and had my 1974 wall paper extinguished. The avacado toilet and the gold kitchen appliances that I had selected back in 1974 when I purchased the home would be the last to go. I decided to call

and a young carpenter arrived at 9 am and discussed with me the items on my list. My kitchen plans were drawn on note book paper. I must admit I was not too well prepared.
San Antonio Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
took my plans and emailed back an estimate a few days later. I realized I needed to do more work on my kitchen planning so we agreed to a contract on the master bedroom and bath part.

's name from Angie.s List from when I was looking for wall paper removers. I new that

was choosing the best of the best. Every thing went well except for the drawers in the master vanity. I purchased full overlay shaker style base cabinets. There are four base cabinets three of which meet at obtuse

. The carpenters knew exactly what to do. They carefully determined how much to trim off the end of each drawer. Then they stained the ends to match. The end result is I had a more custom look than I would have had had I purchased filler stips in the first place. I had originally intended to reuse my old countops, but decided otherwise once I realized how out of place they would look. With the kitchen contract signed,

I thought to myself "How fortunate is this? What dollar value would one assign to this guarantee?" What I ended up with is a project I am proud of and will enjoy during the rest of my retirement.

"Mr
San Antonio Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
gave us a bid last year on doing this work. We could not do the work then. When we called him this year he honored last years bid. He sent us the granite yard. We found our granite and when the cabinets were ready he came out to measure for the tops. The granite was then delivered and the new sink installed. It was a perfect fit and beautiful. It is rare to find a craftsman who takes pride in his work and keeps his word."

"The guy coming out to give us our quote didn't show up the day he said he would, and never called. We called him back and he apologized and showed up that time when he said he would. He said he would get us the quote that day, but we had to call him a few times to get it the next day. Other than that, we had great service. We went to their showroom that had a great selection of granite, from which we picked the two slabs that they used in our bid. Templating at our home went very well and they showed up on time. They were very fast in getting the granite installed from the time it got templated (about 7 days). Did a great job on installation and the seams were well done. They even put steel undermount bars on the upper server level that we hadn't asked for, but which add strength and look great. The undermount sink was very high quality and they installed it well. The guys who showed up to do the granite install were a bit scary looking with lots of tattoos, but they did a great job and were pleasant to work with. Overall a great experience and we have recommended
San Antonio Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
to a couple of our neighbors. A few things to keep in mind: they don't do the counter tear-outs and instead refer you out to a guy named
San Antonio Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
(don't remember what his company name was). He did a good job tearing them out (was about $450) but we could have done it cheaper. We used Rod's Remodeling for the tile backsplash and he would have torn out the counters for less.
San Antonio Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
also offered to do our range hood changeout and install the dishwasher, but his prices were very high (I was able to do it myself for free). He was a nice guy, but I felt like I was working with a used car salesman. But again, he doesn't work for
San Antonio Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
, he just was referred by them.

"
San Antonio Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
has a real eye for design and is very helpful in making suggestions for things that we could do on our own. He was frequently present when the masons were working and he made sure that everything was done as planned. Before the work began he showed many photos from his portfoliio, this made the process easier for us as far as making choices. He also called and came by after the work was completed to see that everthing was done to our satisfaction.."

San Antonio Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
contacted us within hours of our initial inquiry. We formed a very favorable opinion of him based upon his knowledge, credentials and references. He was very easy to work with, offering helpful suggestions without being pushy or "hard pressure." His company motto is "We're not done until you're happy!" and he certainly lived up to that on our project. We chose a single paint color for the walls of the kitchen, breakfast area and den and a second accent color for a large wall of the den. The baseboards and walls were all painted white. The job included 3 atrium windows, 2 french doors, 1 pocket door and necessitated careful freehand painting around a wallpaper ceiling border just below the crown molding in all three areas.
San Antonio Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
required the sub-contracted painter to return twice to refine areas that didn't initially met his standards and to add an additional coat of paint to the baseboards. We chose to have him purchase our appliances in order to ensure they could be delivered to meet our time frame and they would be the correct size and fit properly. When we discovered that the refrigerator had sustained a quarter-sized
San Antonio Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
during delivery, (
San Antonio Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
had not been present when the retailer delivered and hooked-up the refrigerator and dishwasher)
San Antonio Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
immediately said he would replace it. When he checked the dishwasher the next day, he discovered that its handle had also been cracked during installation. He immediately contacted the retailer and, on the following day, they delivered a new replacement refrigerator and dishwasher. That was a Sunday and
San Antonio Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
was present to oversee the delivery and installation. Throughout the project, he was available at all times by phone and was physically on site much of the time. He has followed up with us twice since the completion of the remodel and encouraged us to contact him if any problems or issues arise. He completed the job as promised, on time and within budget. Not only are we completely satisfied with the quality of his work and his professionalism, we will continue to engage him in the future for other projects, both large and small. We highly recommend

"All work was performed in an excellent manner. Workmen were timely and experienced. Our home was treated with care, each days work was completed and the area cleaned before they left. As work progressed all of my questions were answered. We felt that although ours was not the biggest job on their calendar they treated it with the same respect and care of a large job."

was knowledgeable about all of the jobs. They were so well informed about the stone and were able to use the proper sealing for the job. They immediately picked up on problems that resulted from a previous service provider, and were generally very well informed about the other jobs as well (especially the dryer vent). They came at the time they said they would, provided a free estimate, and their price was just right for the job they did. In the end, they actually completed the job more quickly than they expected. The owner,

"PERFECT! From start to finish, it was a pleasure doing business with this company. After we visited their showroom and picked up samples,
San Antonio Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
came out to our house to assess our needs. She gave us a quote and we put half down. About a week later,
San Antonio Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
came out to measure. Two weeks later, the installers,
San Antonio Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
and
San Antonio Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
, arrived ON TIME to do the installation. They were very professional from the start. They even swept our front porch so they would not drag leaves into the house. They taped paper down on the carpeting everywhere they planned to walk and sealed off the kitchen with plastic so no dust would get into the living room and dining room. Both made sure to keep the front door closed so our cats would not get out. They worked diligently all day and the project was completed by 5:00.

cleaned up and replaced appliances before leaving. They next day the plumber came to reinstall our sink. We love our new kitchen and have to say that this is the first time we have had any work done at our house that went without a flaw.
