at exactly the time he said he would call, got directions, and arrived with no problems, even coming to the right door (which was not the front door!). He worked quickly, noticed the latch on the front door didn't work well although it would still open and close (I decided to have him replace it) and gave me all 7 keys I asked for free (even though his Angie's list coupon said only 4, saying it was in place of a "senior discount" (which he doesn't offer, I noticed on the Angie's List info later). As he was leaving, I realized I needed 3 more keys (for the actual locks on the inside as a safety measure) and he graciously made 3 more and refused to charge me for them either! He also pointed out some things I should think about in securing the house that had nothing to do with more business for him. We talked a little about Angie's List and discovered he'd never actually seen what was on it, so I brought it up on my computer and discovered that it said No under bonded and insured. He is going to contact Angie's List to fix that, because he pays a lot of money every year to be insured! I couldn't be more pleased with his work. "
