The one time I did get him on the phone he promised to be at my house on Monday the 18th of April. I called that day to see what time to expect him and as usual no return call. We had 3 pallets of grass done as well and also got irrigation done for all the areas and finished out some areas with river rock.

and his crew came out and got it done and I met with him daily for an update. They actually ended up starting about 3 days earlier than planned, which was fine with me and were done on the timeline we discussed. I made some changes half way through the process (added a few plants and took a few out) and they went with it and got it done. I had gotten 3 other bids and they were inline with the other ones, but I felt better about them and liked the design ideas they had better."

I called him about a week and a half before, but I knew that he wasn?t going to be able to make. He was there on the day and the time he said he was going to be there. He was very punctual. I would hire him again in the future. "
