"arrived at approximately specified time; put in new cable boxes, ran the wires inside the house with very little mess. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

"stating my "package" did not qualify for the gift card. I service never changed and I receive no new package. Everything remained the same. I was promised the gift card for remaining with TWC. A verbal contract was made between me and the ...more initial rep. i.e., I remain with TWC and I would receive the $300 VISA gift card. I feel that TWC duped me into staying and is now in breach of the verbal contract. I contacted TWC headquarters via their website and never got a response. Just another example of TWC poor customer service, lack of fiduciary responsibility, and contempt for their customers.
I'm comfortable enough with the service I receive; however, given this contract breach I no longer trust this company and feel that I have been cheated. "

"This company is awesome! This company is truly professional and display integrity through and through. What should have been a 1 day job turned out to be a two event due to the difficulties encounter in breaching walls. The two man team completed the job without any additional cost. In fact they even ran an additional two cables are no additional ...more cost. When the job was completed (both days) they ensured the work area was SPOTLESS. The crew wiped down all areas to include wall, furniture and appliances; vacuum as well. I will MOST definitely use their service again and will highly recommend them to my friends and family. "
"we schedule a internet service and they were really efficient, later we had to cancel de appointment because of others arrangements and they did the cancelation promptly. even though I did not continue the service with them, I like the efficiently and they not insisted, what I think is irritant. if a change mind, for sure would have the service.
"As my report history will show, I normally enjoy writing good reviews for companies that treat their customers well. Solid companies deserve our support. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to describe a very negative customer service experience with AT&T. Because high speed internet is essential to my work, I called early to set up a move of service ...more before my wife and I relocated. That seemed to be the Kiss of Death. AT&T dropped the original order. Then, their customer service reps and supervisors seemed unable to fix the problem in anything like a timely fashion. Despite taking a day off of work to wait for their service tech, speaking to three more customer service reps and three supervisors, this giant company was unable to find the resources or the will to get my internet up and running in a reasonable time. Their assurances went unfulfilled, promises to call me with status updates were ignored on a couple of occasions, and supervisors showed little ability to actually do anything. We were soon locked in a Texas Death Match on whether or not they could get one customer's internet hooked up. I spent way too much time on the phone trying to get them to fix their own problem. As I said, I love to write rave reviews for great companies, but AT&T is getting an F-double-minus on this one. I hope they can remedy their customer service difficulties so that other consumers will not have to go through what I've gone through these past few days.
I'm thankful that my internet service is finally up and running and hope that AT & T will strive for more effective and timely customer service. I especially want to commend a service rep named May for addressing my last issues in a professional way."
"The guy showed up early and knocked out everything in 20 minutes. I already had all the equipment and it was a transfer service. I had no disruption of service and will use them again in the future. They quality of service was excellent."
"The TV service overall is excellent. The HDTV channels produce incredible pictures. Occasionally a channel will report as being unavailable. The DVR occasionally acts up. Either skipping queued shows, corrupting the recording show, or recording extra shows.

For the internet service, the speed is fast and connection time has been very consistent. We recently had some connectivity issues related to poor signal strength, but the problem was quickly resolved by a prompt visit of a
technician. We had the digital phone service for several years. Quality and reliability were fine, but the price was too much to justify keeping the service. When there is a problem, it can be difficult to get through to someone. Busy signals with their service phone number are common. Internet chat service is often slow. Email responses commonly tell you to call the service phone number."
"I wanted to have internet service in my home. I was charged for a service I never received or that was ever was installed. I called the company several times in order for them to come and fix the problem but they never did. It was very unprofessional the way they handled this situation. I am very disappointment with everything."
