He sits down, spends significant time with you. He carries on conversation while hearing what you have to report about your self or your own observations. He writes everything down on his computer system while he is in the room with you. Overall, I feel like he heard me, he focused in on the primary problem, ordered a test, and then a few days later, he called with the results of the test. He does everything he says he's going to do. His staff is efficient. The only thing I was not remotely impressed with were the examnation rooms and the overall physical office environment.

Dr
has been my primary care provider for about 10 years. She has a great demeanor and great medical knowledge. She answers my questions completely and respectfully. She is my husbands PCM as well. I highly recommend her.

My overall experience with this physician's office was one of the worst ever, if not the WORST, and that is without even being able to make an appointment !!!!! Rude, rude, rude and uncaring Receptionist (and I use the word loosely).

She’s fantastic. She was my doctor until I retired but then she didn’t take my insurance. When I turned 65 and got Medicare I reestablished my connection with her. I

’t see her on a regular basis but if there’s something I want done right away, she doesn’t fool around. She diagnosed that I had cancer symptoms in 2001 and referred me to a urologist. When I was having chest pains, I saw her on a Monday and by ten or twelve days I had already seen a cardiologist and had a stress test and nuclear test. I saw her on Monday and by the following Friday I was all done. I think the world of her. I

’t know what her status would be for new patients. She’s very popular. She’s a great doctor and she doesn’t argue with me and tell me what to do. I had problems with my cholesterol but I wasn’t cooperating. A lot of her patients are children so it can be a little noisy. Her punctuality isn’t great. You might have to wait. She’s not one of these doctors that sees you for 15 minutes and says “I’ll see you in three months.” She takes her time with you and she asks what’s going on and she asks probing questions. If I have an 8:00 appointment, I might see her between 9:30 and 10:00. That doesn’t bother me because I know I’m going to get my time. The receptionist is great and helpful. Her bedside communication is wonderful. She is consistent. I referred others to her who also see her.

He does a super job. You can call to make an appointment and get in within that day or the next. My whole family goes to him. We are all very pleased with his work. His staff is great as well. They are always good with followup and getting back with you.

Dr.
San Antonio Internists Provider Name Locked
is a very careful, through physician who stays abreast of all the latest happenings in the field of Cardiology. He, and his staff, are very courteous and friendly. I have always been able to see him at, or very near, the scheluled appointment time. He is a good listener and is very easy to talk with. I have recommended Dr.

He is very nice and he does like all doctors. I really don't know what to say about him except that I have been with him for about two years now. I'm very happy with him. He is just an old fashion style of doctor. He is just very gentle and very nice. He has a little bit of an accent but he is very sweet. I usually get an appointment the next day. His office is very nice. I communicate satisfactorily with him.

All I can say is that this practice is inconsistent. Several times they have billed me for things they should not have and haven't fixed the issue. At my office visits with Dr.
San Antonio Internists Provider Name Locked
, she seems extremely rushed and doesn't spend much time speaking to me about my issues (generally about 5 minutes!) The last appointment, I waited over an hour to see her and half of the 5 minute visit with her was spent at the front desk with her hurriedly writing notes while she spouted at me to stay healthy (even though I have osteoporosis, an auto-immune disorder, severe osteoarthritis and pre-diabetes) as she rushed off to another patient. Once, however, she did get back to me very promptly when I had an issue with a bowel obstruction and gave me expert advice over the phone. She was very caring at that time and I appreciated it. However, the practice on Sunset seems harried and the staff is robotic and unfriendly, almost like you are at a fast-food restaurant. I have wondered in the past what makes them seem so unhappy...Maybe they are too busy, too? I chose this practice because of their "Best Doctors in America" rating but have been disappointed with my experiences there.

He offers very personal attention and he spends lot of time with his patients. He never rushes people. He gives excellent referrals to top notch specialists. He seems to stay abreast of medical research so he seems to be very knowledgeable about the science of medicine. He's got the best of both worlds; good bedside manner and good science. The office is real low overhead.

We think he is fantastic. We have been seeing him for about ten years and he is really good at diagnosing your problems. When I was sick with cancer, he came to visit me in the hospital. I think he went above and beyond the call of duty when he did that. Because he has become so well known, I often see his assistants.
