"I am submitting this report primarily to give some balance to the only other review in which no work was ever performed.  I dealt with several individuals from , some were more knowledgeable than others, but all were courteous and professional.  The repairs were through a home warranty company so I don't have any input ...more on price.  The company called the next business day after the first claim was submitted and messages left were answered promptly.  They were also on time for appts.  The only negative was that there was a leak on the newly installed coils.  They had to come back out and do some rework, but the company mgmt seemed very concerned with making the job right and even made some other AC modifications free for the inconvenience to us of the rework.   On the second job, they came out the next day, had the parts on the truck, and completed the job within 30 minutes."

man did not spend near the time, nor did he ask any detailed questions on his arrival. He did present us with a "grocery list" of defects that had to be fixed, one package costing up to $3000, the cheapest being $1200. This shocked us because we don't use the AC much and always get checks not showing any defects. We decided to spend the money to repeat the check. It is one of the best decisions we ever made.

"Arrived on time for diagnosis of broken AC unit. Unit was toast, we were given a clear rundown of our options and decided to have them install a new unit. That was at 2pm, and by 8pm the old AC had been completely removed and the new one completely installed. They did a great job and were very professional and nice. Will recommend them to everyone."
