Automating Reviews in San Antonio

The technician came out and updated the control panel and keypad. He installed a wireless transmitter. He used the rest of the existing security system. I also paid for a year of monitoring.
The tech seemed knowledgeable about security systems. He was fast-paced and efficient.
The price was excellent. I didn't want to spend a lot of money for a security system. Someone is home most of the time so there will be a little monitoring used.

was our
technician and he arrived on time and was very professional throughout his visit. He made sure our system was compatible with the
cell uplink. We discontinued our land phone line and needed a cell uplink to keep our security system working. We were also switching from ADT to
for security monitoring. ADT said my monthly fee for monitoring would go up from $23.80 to 26.80 to pay for cell service.
's monthly monitoring fee is $16.95 with a guarantee to never go up. So we made the switch. We were with ADT (through USAA) for over 10 years, but now that I am retired I wanted to lower fees, not increase them.
also fixed a messed up sensor in our front window so now we have one less sensor to bypass. Discovered
through Angie's List and will
the benefits for years to come.
keeps the Dallas Cowboys secure. When it comes to security, what's good for the Cowboys has
be good for me.

Automating reviews in San Antonio

We had been contemplating changing out our landline security system for a wireless one for about a year. We received a coupon from

in the mail and their price seemed great so I immediately went to Angie's List to check them out. 99.9 % of the reviews were great. My husband gave them a call on Monday

, the technician was on time, polite and knew exactly what he was doing. He tried to save us some money by using some of the parts of the old system, but they were not compatible with the new system. We ended up paying $136.89 for the 2 new keypads, control board, and wireless transmitter but even so it was well worth it. The monthly service fee is half the price of our old system and now when we travel we don't have to worry about someone cutting our phone lines and having complete access to our home without a ringing alarm or police notification. We waited a week and tested the system. . All is well. I am recommending

My husband orginially contacted
San Antonio Home Automation Contractors Provider Name Locked
via email on Friday evening. Saturday we rec'd a call to answer our questions and set up an appt for Tuesday. On Tuesday, our technician arrived on time and worked diligently installing our new system. He was very patient explaining how the new system worked after it was installed. Overall, a great experience.

The service technician was very professional and was happy to explain each step as he proceeded with the installation. He did a through job of explaining the paper work we had to sign and then demonstrated the use of the system. It took less than an hour and there was no mess or fuss. Overall, we are very pleased with our decision to change to

Why did I wait so long to do this? My new wireless system is so easy to use and my monthly monitoring cost is a third of what it was. The installer called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. I fully expected to replace part of my system hardware since it was 15 years old and parts are no longer available. He told me it was still functional and he could connect me without making any change if I'd like. I still opted to invest in a replacement to avoid the headache of replacing it later. The cost shown above includes both the equipment I replaced and three months of service.

All work was completed in a timely manner, there was no mess, and the technician took the time to ensure I was comfortable operating the system (which is easier than before.). Finally, he went the extra mile to ensure I understood the local requirements for an alarm permit in order to avoid fines. All in all, a delightful experience.

P. S. Their web site makes it very easy to send proof of alarm to your home insurance company.

I have been with ADT now over 3 years. I saw this company's ad for their low prices and gave them a call. The person I spoke with on the phone said they could not monitor my system because I have too many zones to monitor in my home and they don't have that capability to monitor them all. My house has 18 zones (glass breakers, window contacts, etc.) I was disappointed and felt like it was just HOOK advertising to get you to call.

I received great service beginning with the first phone call to the company. No sales pressure from the customer service rep or the tech who assessed the existing system and got it going again. I am confident that the system is operating correctly and being properly monitored (I accidentally "tested" it this evening). I am pleased with the system and the service.

Sales staff was knowledgable and responsive. Installer showed up on time, had everything he needed to complete the job, worked fast, and even wore little booties to protect our floors/carpets.
- Mark S.

I was very impressed. The installer showed up righ on time, was very courteous and professional, and it took very little time to set up. I cannot believe how easy this was and how reasonable the monitoring is compared to ADT.
