"He was slow to return my phone call-it took almost two days and I was ready to call someone else. When I did hear from him, he said he was in the area and could come over right away and give me an estimate. We have a one story house with gutters around only a portion of the house. His estimate to clean the gutters was $350, for work that he said would take 1-2 hours to complete. Obviously he just wanted the $20 I had to give him for totally wasting my time to get an estimate. Totally unprofessional attitude and appearance. don't waste your time or money."

"I called to get an estimate over the phone, which was pretty accurate. On the original date that they were schedule to come on a Saturday, they called to say that they were behind on their current job and would not make it until the next available day. But they did come that evening to confirm the estimate and to also give me an estimate for the window cleaning, which I am planning on doing in about a month. They came on Monday and cleaned the gutters. I was pleased with the work."

returned my call right away. I had to wait a few weeks for him to get to my jobs since he was really busy. He gave me an approximate time that he could start my jobs when I first talked to him. He also gave me an estimate of what the jobs would cost after looking at the jobs. He brought his assistant with him to help with the painting. The shutters could not be removed easily from the house so he painted them on the house so they wouldn't be stripped. He and his assistant were so nice to work with and did an excellent job. They stayed late one night in order to complete the job by the weekend. I can truly say that they exceeded my expectations. I made an appointment for them to come back in March for a new list of jobs. I wouldn't use anyone else now. They have really spoiled my husband and me with their courtesy and work ethic. He was certainly worth waiting for!"
