"Very good experience. They responded to my call for service in relation to noisey garage door in about an hour. They listened to the door noise and then went to work to resolved the problem(s). Explained that much of the noise was from the chain-driven motor and that the chain was a little loose. Also, recommended that the rollers could be changed to ones that contained ball bearings (current rollers did not have ball bearings) and they would roll much more quietly. Sone of the rollers were wobbly, which help create noise. They were not pushy on replacing the rollers, but I had them replace all the rollers. When they finished, much of the noise was gone. They said that was as much as could be done without changing the motor and considering a cable operating system to replace the chain operated one like I had. Again, they did not try to persuade me to make the change-out.
I appreciated their honesty and non-pushy approach to try and sell me things I did not need. I definitely will call them again as a need arises, especially for a yearly tune-up of my garage door system."

"I called Mr. 
late afternoon day before yesterday to request his assistance. My opener had pulled the vertical support piece of the away from the . Mr said that he would stop by the next morning(yesterday) and take a look at the door, Mr. determinded there was no damage to the door. He would rivot the support back on to the door and then place a brace across the width of the door which would prohibit this problem from ever occurring again. Mr. returned this morning with the brace and repaired the door. installed the brace, and adjusted the opener so that the door closed all the way to the concrete . I learned that Mr. installed garage doors in the subdivision back when our houses were being built in the early 70's."

"Overall we had a very good experience. They came out to give us an estimate on replacing our doors and let us know they could use our exhisting opens so that was a plus. Once we decided to go with them, we put in the order and they said it could take up to 3 weeks before they would have the door in and could install. We got a call about 2 weeks later and they scheduled an appointment 3 days from that. They two installers called the morning of and arrived right on time. They said it would take about an hour and a half to take out the old doors and replace with the new. They were right on with their time.
I was also having issues with our remotes and took extra time to try to get them to work for me and even called one of the guys in the office. They figured out which one would work and said I could pick one up at their store. I went to the store and they were a little slow finding me one and when they did, it only had one button but we have two doors. It does work for one door though.
We mentioned we have a lot of other work to be done around the house and they spent over an hour talking with me about improvements in every room so we can get estimates. I had a good feeling about these guys an would like them to come back and do additional work."

"I am extremely pleased with the responsiveness and the quality of work done by Precision. My technician made several recommendations on improving the safety and responsiveness of the door and I ask for a new motor to be installed since the current one is 12 years old. He replaced my springs and rollers, installed a new bar across the to give it more stability and installed a new opener that is extremely quiet compared to the old one. also went over some trouble-shooting tips so I can avoid a needless and expensive service call in the future. I am completely pleased with the work of Precision and recommend them wholeheartedly."

"Company came out and gave a estimate of the cost of replacing garage door or repairing the one that was not functioning. I was told that the existing door was of good quality and that the spring could be replaced.
A repair time was set. Worker came on time and replaced broken spring. He also adjusted and lubricated my other door. I was very please with the experience. I was just sorry I waited so long to get the job done."
