"It was a great overall experience. He was here when he would say he would be. If he was going to be late he would call and okay it with me. He was very professional. I didn't pay him until my work was completely done and over with. He's a nice man and someone you can trust. I felt safe with him being in him house."

They were punctual. They did not try any hard sell and were helpful. I liked their products. They let us keep some samples too. They will be coming out during the fall to do the work.

"I called on a Monday and he came out the following day. He arrived on the scheduled time and was very pleasant. He explained what he would do and started his job. He measured all the areas that I explained I wanted to add hardwood flooring. While he was measuring, he saw a small bathroom and advised that he could put tile in the room if I wanted. I appreciated that. As he finished he asked if I wanted he could email me the quote. He said he would get it to me that evening by around 8:30 and he did which I thought was great, I thought it would take longer. The quote seemed very fair but I'm still deciding on the hardwood floor."

"Mr was one company I considered from two others. We had pre-purchased our flooring for our master bedroom. His labor price was extremely competitive (less) than the others. He was extremely responsive in coming out to provide an estimate and gave it to us on the spot. He then was able to add us to his schedule within three days of his first visit. He and his crew were very efficient and professional--they finsihed on time and their finished product was outstanding. We are thinking to have our large family room carpet replaced with hardwwod flooring and will have Mr and his crew do it for us."

"We went in to price tile floors, specifically wood plank tiles. The price was great for the tile - better than anything we had seen. While there, they offered installation and the price for that was comparable to others.
So the owner/manager - came by our home that same evening to measure and give us a quote to install new floors for the entire first floor of our 2 story house. We selected travertine for the kitchen, the wood plank tiles for the formal dining/living area and a large basic ceramic tile for our den. The kitchen tile was beautifully tiled but they had removed the base molding and installer- had no intention of replacing it until we called to complain. said it would be replaced to our liking when the other floors are installed. When our wood plank floors were installed, either the wrong grout was used or it was not mixed properly because the color did not look at all like what we had wanted and the installer- also left a big mess. There was grout splashed all over the walls, door, and base moldings. It also looked like he had not wiped the grout up from the floor very well becasue there were smear stains on all the tiles. We called to complain about the look of the grout and the mess, he stated that it was not customary for them to clean-up after themselves and we would have to do that ourselves. He even proceeded to tell us how to do that. We insisted that he come over to at least look at the color of the grout. He came over and agreed that there was something wrong with the grout. While there my husband brought up the grout haze all over the tiles and again he insisted that would be easily removed if we would just mop. My husband asked for a demonstration and when attempted to clean, it would not come off. then scheduled to come back with a representative of the grout manufacturere. The representative stated that the color problem does happen from time to time and is usually the fault of the person mixing the grout. The only solution to the grout haze on the tiles themselves was to mop the floors at least a dozen times and it should look ok by then. We then had to schedule the installer- to come back and "stain" the grout to the correct color. When he finished, he gave me the bottle of stain and said that I would probably need to touch up some areas. Again he left a mess all over the base moldings, walls, and doors. We complained to again, he said would correct everything when we scheduled him to come back to complete the floor in our den. The first floor of our home is a split-level, so we have 2 steps going down into the den. Again, the tile work in the den was beautiful but apparently there was not enough tile to cover the steps into the den and took it upon himself to install another tile on those steps that did not match either floor adjacent to it. Unfortunately, I was not home at the time of that part of the installation, but I arrived just as he was leaving and I said, "What is that tile on the steps? I didn't ask for that tile there." just smiled and said, "Well, you'll have to ask about that, he told me to put that there because you didn't have enough tile". He then left. I had some other contractors at my home at that same time who offered to take it off for me since it was still wet. I said, "No, they'll just have to come back and correct it". So, again we call and had to schedule another day for to come back to remove that tile. did offer to put something else on the steps, but by then, we just could not be away from work anymore. did end up giving us a discounted price for the steps and I guess the trouble. Bottom line: Yes, the price is good. Yes, we do love our floors now. But, we would not use them again due to all the hassle and mistakes. The whole process was just too stressful and time-consuming."

"The floors look great. They do a beautiful job. The biggest problem is that they are a small company and one of the men left suddenly. The other guy was overloaded. One guy had to come late because he had an appointment. However, he asked me the day before for the same and worked till eight in the night and made up to it. They moved the big furniture and put them back."

"Overall a great experience. and gave me a good estimate on needed repairs plus a couple of extras, that I decided not to pursue. When it was determined that reinstalling my old a/c just wasn't a good idea, they found me a reasonably priced similar model. They (and the carpet crew) showed up timely, did a great job on the repairs, answered all my questions, and came in at budget--all with a great, pleasant, "how can we help" attitude. don't see how anyone could ask more. I am definitely doing business with again."

"The owner of the company came with the installer to make sure he understood how I wanted the carpet installed. I suggested using additional tape in the corners to keep them from coming up as the carpet settled. The installer did a great job on 98% of the job...Sides were flush to the floor boards with very few threads sticking up. Toward the end of the day, he made a couple of mistakes with the cutting; he was working alone and probably tired. He left a 2 inch wide strip attached at a doorway and not very well secured with the tape. My cats, from the other side of the door, pulled it up from the tape and used it as a scratching pad. Now I have a 2 inch piece of exposed tape. I didn't complain because it's not the typical way to install, and I didn't want anything attached to the tile. I didn't want transitions installed, otherwise it would have been fine. I'll do my best to cut and reattach a piece from the extra carpet. The installer was very nice and extremely respectful. He took virtually no breaks."

"They installed an oak wood floor in the bedroom and closet. Our bedroom floor was not level, so they installed wood to level it off. After installing the wood they sanded using a special machine that eliminated the dust before it could reach the other rooms in the house. It worked amazingly well. They did all the moving of the furniture and even came back a few days later to move it all back, because I decided to paint the room after they were done. They were always punctual, and pleasant but highly professional, both in their workmanship and their demeanor. They even worked on Saturday and Sunday to get the job done sooner. We were very impressed with and :for their teamwork and their persistence to get the job done right. I would highly recommend for anyone thinking of hard wood floors."
