"My husband called and was able to get the service manager out on his Friday lunch hour. He worked from home and sent us the itemized estimate/proposal on Saturday. He told the man we'd like to have the work done within the week if possible as I was on vacation and would be home. introduced himself (he was the lead electrician) politely and I showed him the locations to work on. They got right to work. A couple of different times they discovered they had the wrong part (heater/exhaust wrong size, wrong light switch) but worked on the other projects while waiting for the correct parts to be delivered.

consulted with me several times re: type of light switch, position of new hall lights and was not put off when I wanted to consult my husband at work before making one decision. They even took an early lunch break when they got to a stopping point while waiting for the parts and feedback from my husband. They were productive, quiet and trouble-free, and kept me informed and consulted with me whenever something changed.

offered a couple of suggestions on placement of the lights which helped us make good decisions. Early in the afternoon they were still waiting on parts and had finished everything else so

They were familiar with that type of situation because they had told us before. They didn?t have to run a whole new line. Something got loose in our bedroom and it affected the other outlet in our living room. If somebody would just come in and told us about replacing the whole line or put a new outlet or whatever, probably it would have cost a lot more but instead he played detective to find the problem. It was just a loose wire itself which of course we never would have figured out. We thought the price was reasonable. Our house is really heated, and it was a hot day too. We just have 2 small window units. We

?t have central air and heat, so the working conditions were not pleasant. They were responsive. The only thing I didn?t realize at that time when I was making a call was that I had to call back to make an appointment. I thought that we were already going to do the appointment, and he is going to call back. There was a little mix-up, but I didn?t understand. I think it was my fault on that. The person I ended up calling I guess was one of the owners. He was home with a sick kid, and they gave me his cell phone."

He told me he was the owner several times and they would give me a free service charge but could not come out that day. He insinuated that I lied but why would I want to set home all day waiting. I told him there would be no service charge because I coul not depend on them to show. The Company is unreliable and does not admit their mistakes."
