Our plumber arrived in under an hour, as promised. He took a quick look and quoted us $217. When told that was much too high, his response was that he was already here and did we really want to wait for someone else? We told him we had 2 other much lower estimates and he asked how much they were. We told him and he dropped to $175. We said $150

, which he agreed to accept for the service. Because we held firm on pricing, it was written in on the invoice that there was no warranty on the service. The drain service was then quickly, neatly and effectively completed and he followed up by checking the outside access to further confirm good water flow. Good service, but stupid adversarial pricing game."

"Answered my initial call (didn't get an answering machine). He was tied up and said he'd call back in 30 minutes and he did. Told me it would take 30 minutes to get to my house and it took less. Quickly identified the problem. Quoted $225 for the work but negotiated to $175. Said the work would take about an hour and it did. Tested replaced pipe and it appears to be running without a leak. Asked a couple other plumbing questions, and he answered them. I'm pleased."

"The original problem was our sprinkler system having a huge leak that flooded our back yard. I have used them numerous times before for plumbing issues and have been very happy. I decided to use them for the sprinkler problem because I had an issue with my kitchen sink also. They are always prompt and very nice. Turns out my sprinkler system failed because the pressure regulator had gone out again! They fixed that. There is a new city code that you have to have expansion tanks on your water heaters if you have the pressure regulator so had them install these on 2 water heaters. Overall happy, just was not expecting to have to spend so much! "
