"They were cheaper than the others and had the kind of door that I wanted.  They called when they said they would and came out when they said they would.  The estimate was for $600.  I had had surgery and I asked them to let me know in advance so that I could be dressed and ready when they came.  They called me to let me know beforehand, which a lot of people don't.  They were very polite.  I found them from Angie's List."

"This company is advertised in our local
San Antonio Door Installers Provider Name Locked
newletter and in using their services for over a year, I find their results to be hit or miss - mostly miss. When the owner came to my home for the first time, he stated he does work for the
San Antonio Door Installers Provider Name Locked
president and with that came a level of credibility (or so I thought). From door repairs to plumbing he seldom shows up as originally rescheduled and after calling to see where he is or if he's coming, he repeatedly offers a multitude of excuses. If your planning on using him recognize that multiple follow ups be required and don't be surprised if the repairs need redone. That's where I am now and the frustration that resulted from weeks of this nonsence is how I found Angie's list! *The amount spent is over the course of 12 months."

"They are an excellent company. From our very first contact on the phone, throughout the project, including the final inspection, they were one of the most professional contractors with whom I've ever dealt.
San Antonio Door Installers Provider Name Locked
, who arrived at exactly the time he said he would, spent a morning going over all the various projects we were considering, taking specific notes and offering advice when asked, especially about ways to cut costs and yet maintain the highest quality in the remodel. He then sent a very detailed bid, with each portion of each project broken out and priced. When we decided to do the job in stages, he rewrote the bid to coincide with our changes. The project was a turn-key price that was very reasonable. This set the

for the entire project.

was our project manager and he was as punctual and professional as his brother. Each change was carefully bid and a detailed change order was written. The workmen were craftsman, punctual, very likeable, and also professional in demeanor. They, too, showed up exactly when they were scheduled, kept a clean workspace while on premise, and completely cleaned up as they finished each day. All in all I can't say enough about the excellent job they did. We're looking forward to completing the future phases on which they provided a bid.

"I had an appointment at noon on Monday and
San Antonio Door Installers Provider Name Locked
showed up right on time. We walked through and I showed him what I wanted and what I had purchased for him to install. He gave me a quote of $150.00 and said he could finish that same afternoon. My house is almost 60 years old so of course, there were tons of "surprises" as he got into the repairs but he always kept a sense of humor and a "can-do" attitude. When he went to seal the old ducting to the new vent hood, he said he needed to use some of that "sealing stuff" that fills in cracks and he had some on the truck and that would cost an additional $10.00 which beat me running to Home Depot to buy a can. The next day, one of the bi-fold doors fell out of the track and I called him to see if he could give it another try. It turns out that I had purchased the wrong size so once I had the right materials, I called and he fit me into his schedule to get it done quickly. I will DEFINITELY use this company again - in fact, I showed him some other stuff I want done in the future and he said he could do all of it whenever I was ready."

"I am usually skeptical of contractors, because you never know who or what you may get when you hire one. I am so pleasantly surprised and pleased of everything this Contractor (
San Antonio Door Installers Provider Name Locked
) did. He told me his speciality was DOORS, but he also was well known for other jobs as well. He came over for an evaluation and estimate and after showing and telling him what I wanted, he stated, "No problem......I can do it". And he did.....and he did it well. I definitely lucked out with this Contracting Company. The name "
San Antonio Door Installers Provider Name Locked
", 110% describes his work ethic, pricing, and trustworthiness. He is genuine, honest, thorough, and just a fine young man. He's the type of person that you feel like you have known for years! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and I WILL BE HIRING him for other projects!!

"I contracted with
San Antonio Door Installers Provider Name Locked
, owner of
San Antonio Door Installers Provider Name Locked
, to install a storm door on the back entry of my house on August 16th, 2009. He stated that if I paid him $400, he would purchase the door from the nearby Lowe's that I had already picked out, and do the entire installation job. All of this is in a written, signed contract. He cashed my check, and disappeared. Numerous phone calls and certified letters demanding he return my $400 have been unsuccessful. I then had Lowe's do the install job. On a few occassions, he has answered his phone and spewed an expletive-filled
San Antonio Door Installers Provider Name Locked
rant at me. I will follow up with filing in small claims court against him. Nobody should do business with this guy, he is a crook.
