"I needed an annual exam and also wanted a prescription for a medication I think I needed. Dr did not want to prescribe the medication till he saw lab results. He was supposed to call me and mail me the lab results. Over a one week period, I called his office twice and made 2 trips to the office in order to get lab results and prescription, was told "he has labs on his desk but has not reviewed them yet". On second trip, finally got results and prescription, never received the phone call he promised nor explanation of the labs. Was handed the results and prescription by the receptionist. Very bad practice and service in my opinion."

"It’s a family practice, so they take all ages. They do not take Medicate but they take Medicare. He’s very good. He is part of a newer practice. They are conveniently located. He and his staff are wonderful. They return your call immediately."

"Performed an new patient evaluation, gathered history, checked my Blood Pressure, and got a list of my current prescriptions then spoke with me about my current medical issues. Lastly they fluids for lab work. Dr. himself came after the initial information gathering and we had a good conversation before he moved onto the next patient and I went for my lab work."

"I saw Dr. based on a friend's referral for a physical exam. The doctor took blood and asked a lot of questions which was as I expected. What I found concerning was that he insinuated that several doctors (saying one was "old when I started" and was "skating to retirement") had not been adequately treating me. I found this to be very unprofessional. Additionally, he seemed to be selling himself to me which I didn't care for. He was also running quite behind, so I spent about 45 minutes to an hour waiting. I was told when I left that I would receive a call to schedule a follow up to review my test results in about 10-14 days. A month went by at which point I called the office to ask for a faxed copy of my results. The office would not fax them to me since I had not met with the doctor. Overall, the appointment was fine, but I would not return."

"My last visit with him went very well. He is very good. He has got a good manner with the patient. He is thorough and thoughtful. He seems to know what he is talking about and makes you feel welcome."

"We are part of the federal employee health benefits program and Humana is our insurance carrier. I have been very happy with them. I can?t recommend our physician too highly. I can?t speak for the other doctors because generally speaking the only doctor I see is Dr. . He is easy to talk to. It?s hard to say because the only other experience has been with military physicians and that?s a whole new of fish. He is concerned. He asks the right questions, and doesn?t hesitate to send you to a specialist if they are unable to resolve the problem. I would recommend them. I have been very pleased. It is big enough that they are able to handle a very large spectrum. They have pediatric to ophthalmology. It is not a single GP or 3 or 4. There is like 8 to 12 physicians. There are several GP?s and some specialist. They have their own little physical therapy they can do a limited amount of X- on premise so that ?t? have to send you off necessarily. They have a fairly capable lab set up for drawing blood. When I needed a glucose meter they just gave me one off of the shelf I didn?t have to buy one. That may not be related to . They are easy to get to. You ?t have to go into a center or anything. They have a fairly large parking area with a good sized handicapped area very close to the front door. They ?t charge you to park "

"It was a great experience, as this was the fist civilian doctor that I have seen since being in the military for 6 years. I have a shoulder injury and he diagnosed it and referred me to Airrosti rehab, which is also located in the practice at North Hills Family Medicine. He also gave me a resistance band and a whole packet of strengthening exercises to help me until my appointment. He was able to prescribe me my ADHD meds, without having to refer me out to a specialist, which is very convenient for me. I definitely recommend Dr. to anyone looking for a full service family practitioner."

"He just opened his own clinic and is Family Care Clinic. He is very knowledgeable and he is willing to take the time with each patient and sit and talk with them and make sure everything is covered. If tell him there is a problem, he will try different things and he is just very friendly, open and caring about his patients. His staff is very nice, punctual and professional. He does have quite a large practice going, so there is a bit of a wait, but he is worth the wait. "

"Dr. seemed to OK on each of my visits. Her staff always seemed confused and disorganized. They claimed that they had not been paid by either medicare or tricare. We had the bill in hand proving that the payments had been made. The staff didn't care. Apparently their instructions were to drop all medicare patients period - even thought tricare paid the balance of their bills."
