This was critical as a second job was to start in the yard the following day. An added complication was the boarding of my dogs and limited availability at the kennel would have made an extended kennel stay next to impossible. The deck and fence look great. I had asked in writing for the deck to be screwed down and they went ahead and nailed it. Basically what we ended up doing was an after the fact price negotiation. He said they could take all those off and I didn't want to waste the fact that he had cut all that lumber already and put it down. Basically we agreed to a reduction in price. I would have been happier if he had taken my proposal, but he came back with something so my wife and I decided it wasn't worth creating too much friction over. The quality of their work was excellent. Overall their responsiveness was fine."
