"Higher of all bids- but well referred by neighbor- Negotiated on price well. Provided quality materials as agreed- They were prompt, through, professional, clean up was meticulous. The paint crew was very polite, and respectful- they appeared to know their jobs well and there wasn't much to correct them because they just did a 100% job Only thing I thought but never mentioned was one of their ladder devices looked sorta risky- Huge high roof line so maybe there was no choice-Supervisor was relentless about quality, site clean up and detail work. Painters looked quite experienced Nice Job Will use them again and also for interior."

"I contracted with , owner of , to install a storm door on the back entry of my house on August 16th, 2009. He stated that if I paid him $400, he would purchase the door from the nearby Lowe's that I had already picked out, and do the entire installation job. All of this is in a written, signed contract. He cashed my check, and disappeared. Numerous phone calls and certified letters demanding he return my $400 have been unsuccessful. I then had Lowe's do the install job. On a few occassions, he has answered his phone and spewed an expletive-filled rant at me.
I will follow up with filing in small claims court against him. Nobody should do business with this guy, he is a crook. "

"I was very happy with them. I rarely saw the head guy but the crew was really good. They were good guys and good workers. There was a little miscommunication. I had asked in writing for the deck to be screwed down and they went ahead and nailed it. Basically what we ended up doing was an after the fact price negotiation. The owner said that I was right and he messed up and there were a couple of things that we could do. He said they could take all those off and I didn't want to waste the fact that he had cut all that lumber already and put it down. Basically we agreed to a reduction in price. I would have been happier if he had taken my proposal, but he came back with something so my wife and I decided it wasn't worth creating too much friction over. The quality of their work was excellent. Overall their responsiveness was fine."

" and his employees were very professional, responded quickly to requests, and completed the job efficiently as described in the quote. We were very happy with his work, and plan to use his company again."

"When I called my job was promptly scheduled and I was told what materials I needed to supply. arrived exactly at the appointed time and set to work immediately. He is a skilled carpenter and did the work in the estimated time allotment. It looked and worked great; it would have taken me all day to do it myself."

"From the beginning, this project was well planned and executed. The owner of the company communicated to me every day and always gave me fair notice of the scope of the day. I have a son with asthma and the owner was very careful to keep his bedroom taped off and protected from the dust. The demolition went as smoothly as can be expected and the rest of the installation went very well. Workers arrived on time. The tile was installed well. It took him a little longer than I expected but it was done with precision and care. After the tile was laid, it was discovered that a squeak in the flooring was not repaired. They were very honest with forgetting to make the repair and ripped out a couple tiles to try to fix the squeak. The overall project took about a month from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company."

"Not a good story. Briefly, I wanted to expand the hanging capacity of my smallish master closet before putting my house on the . The following is the good and the bad about the experience of hiring BNM Services. Good: came over the same day I called BNM Services. Bad: He had failed to mention on the phone a $300 labor minimum plus materials policy. Good: He said workers could start immediately. He said they could use mostly existing materials and gave me a written $350 estimate. Bad: When I hesitated, he turned heel without a word and started to walk out the front door, in a hurry I guess to get to his next job. Bad: I wanted the job done fast so I hired them. Bad: left it to the workers to buy the materials and do the work, so he departed and said he'd be back later to collect the check. Why is that bad? Read on. Bad: The workers spoke little or no English. Bad: They bought more expensive wood shelving to replace the particle board shelves which were doing a perfectly good job...the purchase made without prior approval from me. Good: Workers were friendly. I sincerely liked them. Bad: After shelves were already installed, I called to inquire about the cost of the materials (including the wood shelving) and found out it had doubled. Bad: came to collect and I found out then that he added another one hundred bucks for an extra hour of labor. Bad: Workers did a bad job of patching the wallboard. Good: fixed that himself. Bad: No painting or finishing work was done. Good: offered to come back the next day and paint. Bad: I didn't believe him since he already had payment. And I suspected if he did show up, he'd charge me for the extra labor. Bad: I wanted the job finished then, not the next day. It was about 2:30 in the afternoon. So I suspect they had another job to get to. Good: They left. Bad: I had to do the painting. BAD: The hanging rod broke out of the wall less than a month after. Good: A call to BNM for repairs brought a promise from the receptionist that would call me back. BAD: He never did. Good: A friend repaired the rod. Good: I learned that you live, you learn, and to never call BNM Services again or recommend them to anyone. Count ' . A heck of alot more "Bad" than "Good" should tell you what to expect if you make the same mistake I did by choosing BNM Services. The cost certainly would not have been an issue if the job had been completed and done well."

" let me know up front that he is very busy and it would take awhile (up to a year) before he would be able to come out. Next day, I got a phone call from him. He was in the area, finished a job early, and wanted to see what I needed done. (I had a safety concern about the window shutters on the second floor falling off onto our heads and being able to latch the pool gate with children outdoors.) He and a partner left to go get all the supplies needed to complete each project, and finished within three hours. They did a marvelous job! I was very impressed! It was so refreshing to find someone out there that will hussle and get the job done the right way without procrastinating."

" was very conscientious and professional throughout the entire process. They gave us an estimate within 24 hours of the first contact, began work the next week, and progress was made on the job every day. When they ran into problems they kept us informed and didn't charge extra when some problems arose that needed correction and were not known at the time of the estimate. , the owner, was on hand to oversee the work and , who laid the tile, was very conscientious and went the extra mile to make sure we would have a shower that was aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. They proved to be very honest and got the job done in a week's time. They showed up on time and did a quality job. We were very pleased."

" was prompt to return our call, scheduled the work very quickly, and showed up when he said he would. The work was done timely and professionally. My husband was very impressed with and that's not an easy task! We will definitely hire him again in the future."
