"This was an extremely pleasant experience. did a wonderful job. He actually had to regrout the island in our kitchen because of a horrible job done by a previous contractor which had been left unfinished. He was punctual - he showed up when he said he would and completed the work when he said he would. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism and the work he did. Everything went as planned and the kitchen countertops look just like new!
We are planning on having come out and clean our floor tile in the near future. I recommend him highly; you will not be disappointed.

"Very prompt with estimate and starting work. We thought the estimate was fair for the work performed. Some of the change orders seemed a little expensive. Some minor problems arose during the work which they corrected to our satisfaction. Was very pleased with final results."

"A demo area was done to show the results before the job was started.
The results were EXCELLENT! White floor tile and grout is 18 yrs old and it looks great!
I can recommend whole-heartedly!"

"Will try to be as brief as possible. We explained to that the center design point of the shower was as special "wainscot" tile to match the existing wainscot in the bathroom. We sent him a link to a company for an example of the tile we liked when he struggled finding a supplier. (First sign of trouble: a professional remodeler can't find a specialty tile.)
While traveling on business, I found a supplier in California and brought home some samples. My wife emailed Co to tell them that there were two finishes for the tile: " " and "Crackle" and that I didn't think she would like the crackle finish. We scheduled a walk through at our home with and where we showed them both tile finishes and my wife made it clear that she "HATED" the crackle finish and wanted the finish. (Second sign of trouble: We would go weeks without hearing from while they struggled to find a supplier for the wainscot tile.) This process would drag out from November to March and we always had to call to find out what was going on?
The next struggle was the tile for the floor of the shower and the upper wall going to about 9 feet high above the wainscot. They wanted us to make tile selections from a "book". My wife explained she need to "see" the tile to make a selection. Finally, got to meet us at a local tile supplier where my wife made her selections. Again, we brought the wainscot " " sample with us as we contrasted it with tile we would select for the floor and upper wall. We did this with , not by ourselves. (Third sign of trouble, ' credit card was declined when he tried to purchase our selection of tile. Total for the tile was only about $200!)
After weeks of not hearing from again, we emailed them to set up an appointment to discuss when he could start and how the job would proceed. When we walked in we were ambushed! , , and walk in with a sample of the wainscot tile WITH THE CRACKLE FINISH!!! Also, with a copy of the first email with the link to the sample company that just happened to point to the crackle finish. He seemed unconcerned that we sent at least one followup email saying that would "HATE" the crackle finish. Also seemed unconcerned with the visit to our house were we showed him both samples and insisted on the " " finish! Then again, the trip to the tile supplier where we walked around with the finish sample to select the adjoining tile.
then produces an email where he wanted to confirm that I had verbally given him approval to order the specialty wainscot tile; which I did. However, it seems that on this email was an "attachment" with the order showing he was ordering the "wrong" tile. ' position is we should have seen the attachment and noticed the mistake. We did not see the attachment. My position is that nothing in the body of the email alerted us to the existence or importance of an attachment. Also, nothing in my contract with Co informed me that I was responsible for verifying that they ordered the right materials!
The bottom line is that Co, ordered the wrong tile. The company they ordered it from would not take it back. contrived a weak story trying to make it appear to be our fault and we had to eat $1,900 (cost of the wainscot tile)for their mistake. I've never been so p***** off!!
I just got back into town and will be meeting with an attorney in an attempt to get our $1900 back from Co.
In my opinion Co is incompetent at best, and a bunch of crooks at worst. Regardless of how they try to defend their position there was NEVER any question regarding the finish of the wainscot tile we wanted! There is no way they could misinterpreted our desire for a finish and our dislike for the crackle finish! even had the nerve to suggest that this was the result of our having "changed our minds" several times! Changed our minds on the upper tile a couple of times and once on the location of the shower, "yes", but there was NEVER any question on the wainscot tile because it was so expensive. We knew EXACTLY what we wanted there.
This is what I believe happened: did not question our follow up email regarding the crackle finish. nor seem to have informed of our desire for the finish after the visits to our house and the tile supplier. No one at informed us we were responsible for validating what was ordered. did not inform us in the body of his email that there was an attachment with the actual order.
They screwed up, the company won't take the tile back, and Co does not want to eat the cost for ordering the wrong tile. No choice but to have an attorney review this."

"The man came out, looked at the measurement and said he was going to call me back in a couple of days and he never called me back. I even called their office and they still didn't call me back. I also left a message for him and he didn't respond. They never ever got back to me. They never came and I didn't have to deal with them so I don't know about their punctuality. He was really nice at first, I was very happy and that's why I was very surprised when he never got back to me. When he was here he was professional, but overall that's not professional for him not to call back."

" came to the house and then hand delivered the estimate the next day. At the start of the job, , , and introduced themselves and after showing them around the house, promptly began preparing the house for cleaning and replaced the few boards that needed replacing. They worked quietly and efficiently the entire time they were here. The tile guy came the next day and worked inside while and continued working outside. The tile needed to set overnight and was grouted the third day. repaired the area over the sink while worked on the front door. Anytime work was done inside the house, cloths were used to cover my floors so that any in and out on their part didn't track dirt and mud into the house. Clean up was done every day before they left so that I was not left with mess or trash of any kind. I will definitely call them again for any work in the future."

" cleaned my carpets and floor tile, applied stain guard to the most traveled areas of the carpet, and sealed the grout on the tile. I'm very pleased with the results. Precautions were taken to protect the walls/furniture from the cleaning equipment. The technician arrived on time, provided an estimate for all services, and was friendly and professional. Cost for cleaning tile was a little higher than I anticipated but it is labor intensive."

"I was moving in my house and wanted wood floors before my furniture was moved. came out on a Wednesday of the week prior to the date i wanted the flooring installed. He measured and we met on Friday and set an appointment for the istallation Thursday of the next week. The crew that was sent was professional. is just fanastic.I noticed a problem with the flooring, contacted and he sent someone the next day to assess the issue. I would reccommend that if you need carpet or any other flooring needs, please contact as they are as competitive as anyone else and stands by there work and products."

"We went in to price tile floors, specifically wood plank tiles. The price was great for the tile - better than anything we had seen. While there, they offered installation and the price for that was comparable to others.
So the owner/manager - came by our home that same evening to measure and give us a quote to install new floors for the entire first floor of our 2 story house. We selected travertine for the kitchen, the wood plank tiles for the formal dining/living area and a large basic ceramic tile for our den. The kitchen tile was beautifully tiled but they had removed the base molding and installer- had no intention of replacing it until we called to complain. said it would be replaced to our liking when the other floors are installed. When our wood plank floors were installed, either the wrong grout was used or it was not mixed properly because the color did not look at all like what we had wanted and the installer- also left a big mess. There was grout splashed all over the walls, door, and base moldings. It also looked like he had not wiped the grout up from the floor very well becasue there were smear stains on all the tiles. We called to complain about the look of the grout and the mess, he stated that it was not customary for them to clean-up after themselves and we would have to do that ourselves. He even proceeded to tell us how to do that. We insisted that he come over to at least look at the color of the grout. He came over and agreed that there was something wrong with the grout. While there my husband brought up the grout haze all over the tiles and again he insisted that would be easily removed if we would just mop. My husband asked for a demonstration and when attempted to clean, it would not come off. then scheduled to come back with a representative of the grout manufacturere. The representative stated that the color problem does happen from time to time and is usually the fault of the person mixing the grout. The only solution to the grout haze on the tiles themselves was to mop the floors at least a dozen times and it should look ok by then. We then had to schedule the installer- to come back and "stain" the grout to the correct color. When he finished, he gave me the bottle of stain and said that I would probably need to touch up some areas. Again he left a mess all over the base moldings, walls, and doors. We complained to again, he said would correct everything when we scheduled him to come back to complete the floor in our den. The first floor of our home is a split-level, so we have 2 steps going down into the den. Again, the tile work in the den was beautiful but apparently there was not enough tile to cover the steps into the den and took it upon himself to install another tile on those steps that did not match either floor adjacent to it. Unfortunately, I was not home at the time of that part of the installation, but I arrived just as he was leaving and I said, "What is that tile on the steps? I didn't ask for that tile there." just smiled and said, "Well, you'll have to ask about that, he told me to put that there because you didn't have enough tile". He then left. I had some other contractors at my home at that same time who offered to take it off for me since it was still wet. I said, "No, they'll just have to come back and correct it". So, again we call and had to schedule another day for to come back to remove that tile. did offer to put something else on the steps, but by then, we just could not be away from work anymore. did end up giving us a discounted price for the steps and I guess the trouble. Bottom line: Yes, the price is good. Yes, we do love our floors now. But, we would not use them again due to all the hassle and mistakes. The whole process was just too stressful and time-consuming."
