"The first person that came out was great. Then for the next 2 weeks, their contractor that they hired was rude and nasty. The neighbors cancelled the service when they found out their yard had to be dug up to set up the service. I refused to let AT& T destroy my yard again for TV. They could hand-dig without destroying the rest of the yard. AT&T did it about 10 years earlier and dug up about a third of my yard and left the mess. After they realized they didn't have to dig it up. Oops!!! We felt that if the neighbors want the service, their yard needs to be dug up this time. They cancelled on Oct. 4th because they had problems in the past, too with their yard being destroyed, but it took a until Oct 14th to get it straighened out and a lot of tempers. They had someone at my house everyday for 10 days trying to get into my yard with a tractor. They did not want to pay up front to replace my flagstone patio and sprinkler system. They reiterated over and over that they could do whatever they wanted in my yard and whenever. I spoke to an attorney and no, they do not have the right to destroy your property without compensation. After the cancelllation, they painted orange and yellow all over my front yard. I had to get out and scrub it with water hose and a brush.

as even though a mistake was made they REFUSED to fix it, and lied about how it occured and noted that they only have to say they sent you a notice and do not have to prove you got it or that you were otherwise concious of what was about to happen, and once it happens you CANNOT discontue it. I WOULD ADVISE YOU FIND SOMEONE ELSE and DO NOT ENTER INTO A LONG CONTRACT.

Offered a free 2 month subscription to Stars that WILL NOT automatically renew... And appologized for the incovenience caused. So we are now back to a workable relationship. Let me first say, I have been calling the customer service number for

I have a cable box in my back yard. Approximately 3 weeks ago, another line was run from my back yard to an adjacent neighbor. The orange cord was left on top of my grass. I called immediately to have the cord buried. I was given the first appointment on Jul 17 and rescheduled for every weekday or so after. After 7 SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS, I was told that I scheduled an appointment Aug 6, 2013... which I DID NOT SCHEDULE, nor did I receive a call from

Note that I received this information after 7 CALLS, 5 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES AND EMPLOYEE NUMBERS (none of which who could reconnect me to the employee I spoke to last), all who claimed the back gate was locked for the first 7 appointments (even though the gate was unlocked the first time on Jul 17, 2013 and NO LOCK AT ALL was on the gate the last 6). As of today (Aug 6 2013) no one has come to bury the cable. When I called to inquire as to why no one had come by today, I was told (again), the gate was locked at 5:17 pm when the repairmen came by (even though NO LOCK was on the gate and I was home the whole time and received no "heads up call" 30 min prior as they had told me they would do).











I am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with

"They "upgraded" our area & said we needed a new modem for wi-fi. We went 2 weeks without wi-fi until someone brought the new modem. In the last month and a half that we have had it; we have had them out every single week to restore our wi-fi. It works for 2 days & quits. Then I spend hours on the phone with technical support explaining everything over & over to each person until they finally give up and say they will send someone will have to come out in a few days. I have had 9 people come out (but no one will replace the modem-they say its fine) and talked to 18 customer supports members & 2 supervisors. I run a business from home making it difficult to do without internet or wi-fi. I also was taking college online classes this semester...which I failed due to the internet shutting off ever couple days. I have called pleading for help; but it takes them 48-72 hours to get out here to fix it ...again

"After my father passed away unexpectedly, my family was faced with having to handle all the details of my father's life, including cancelling all my father's accounts.

made this process very easy, gave very clear instructions on what they needed from us to close out his account. My dad used them for phone, multiple rooms of cable, and internet so there was a lot of equipment that needed to be collected. Although they would not close the account out until after all the equipment was turned in, once we did turn it all in they backdated the cancellation to the date my father passed away, as he obviously was no longer using their services from that date forward. They had no problem crediting his account back for auto pay money that was taken out from the time he passed away and when we were able to provide a death certificate and turn in all the equipment.
Handling this situation was one less thing we had to worry about. All customer service reps were polite, sympathetic, knowledgeable and helpful. Answers to all questions came quickly, easily and even though we dealt with one location by phone, and returned the equipment to another, all reps were consistent and followed through with what we were told we could expect.

"I have had TWC TV service since 1986, at that time the name was something else, added internet service in 2000. This is by far the worse company I have ever delt with, it is virtually impossible to get a human on the phone unless you adding service. In 2006 we moved and changed our service to a digital package for TV about $60 & highspeed internet for $39, since that time several channels were unilatterally removed by TWC with no adjustment in price. From 2006 till 2012 the total cost went from $99 to $128 with out adding anything, the I added a digipac package for $6.99 in Oct 2012 and the bill went from $128 to $140, what kind of math is that. I was incorrectly charged $25 for some kind game plan package, after complaining about it on 2 different occasions was told that I would receive a credit. Never got it.
Had intermittent internet problems for about 6 months after numerous phone calls & online chats, swapping out the modem twice, finnally got a technician to come out. First thing he did was look in the outside junction box and said I see you problem, "we've been swapping out these splitters all over town they're defective". Six months to fix a known problem? Finnally got fed up and ordered direct TV, got a whole lot more for less money. Went to turn in my one digital cable box and cancel cable TV, was told that they were going to send out a technician to be sure I wasn't stealing an analog tv signal since I want to keep the internet service, and I would have to PAY $39.95 for the service call. this company is unbelievable!!!
