"The representative from Superior was more interested in selling me a water softening system than a water heater. My house was built in the 1920's so there are several things that needed to be evaluated if a tankless water heater were to be installed - the gas line coming into the house, where the tankless water heater could be vented, etc. The only thing the representative did was test the water. The promise of a follow up call was not kept."

"I had several bids to replace a water heater with either a tank and tankless water heater. Bill from 
was the most thorough in estimating what would be needed and writing up the bid. The other two plumbing companies were more interested in selling a water softener than checking the gas line coming into the house and explaining what would be involved with a tankless - venting, etc. I decided on the and White 50 gas water heater to replace the , which was installed in 1982. 's bid was the lowest. (A tankless was more costly and complicated to install and maintain.)
It took approximately 3 hours from start to finish. Bill also replaced to utility sink valves while the water was off. He was on time and cleaned up after. I had the first truly hot bath in years last night; I couldn't be happier."

" Biehler bid the job for me and he was EXCELLENT. He was so careful to make sure that the exhaust would be the proper distance from my swamp cooler and my windows. He went above and beyond the call of duty to consult the city, the gas company, and the manufacturer to be sure that the installation would be safe for my family. The bid was not the cheapest I received, but it was a fair price and I felt that was the most knowledgeable about how to do this particular job (it was complicated, as I have a 1940s house). The plumbers were professional and knowledgeable, arrived on time, and installed it quickly and efficiently. It works very well and we have no complaints and only praise for the until they chose for our home."

"We had a tankless water heater that was exploding in large b**** of flame each day, that needed to be replaced, - for obvious reasons. I called DPP&H, and himself was over to the house that same day. He was very kind, positive, and knowledgeable about comparing water heater type, usage expectations, and everything in between. Knowledge about the benifits / mechanics of tankless water heaters is scarce, and multiple companies told me they simply didn't service them at all, as they are uncommon here in Utah (sadly). When I spoke with , he knew the ins and the outs of tankless heaters, and made the entire experience great.They had a new water heater installed within 48 hours, and were more than competitive / fair in regards to what their fee was. He was gracious, and funny throughout our interaction, and never seemed to patience with my 1453 questions. We talked about options, until I was completely satisfied with the plan, which was then executed quickly and without leaving any sort of mess. I am definitely a life long customer!"

"We have a house that we purchased a year ago. It has a hot water boiler for heat and hot water. The previous owner had a new water heater installed 2 years ago and it had a 10 year warranty for the original owner. When it went out we called -Dudly because they had installed it. The estimator came out and looked at it and said he would call the manufacturer, see if it was covered under warranty, and call us back. He never called back. I called him and got his voice mail. He never called back. After several days of no hot water I called and talked to his boss. His excuse was that the guy was very busy, but had gotten the replacement approve under warranty. I would have been nice for them to call me with that info instead of me having to call them. The installer came out the next day on time and did a great job for a reasonable cost. "

"I called and Heating after my water heater went out. They sent a repairman that same day. The repairman drained and removed my old water heater and replaced it with a new 40 water heater. The repairman completed the job that day, and did a great job. He had to upgrade the water heater to meet code, and added a small expansion tank."

"Excellent job. He arrived on time, made prompt start, worked steadily, answered any questions I had, and cleaned up everything after he was done. As to quality of work, he went the extra mile on things as a matter of course. For example, with the installation of the new lines for the water heater and water softener, he marked all the lines with appropriate in and out directional arrows, such as "hot -> and hot and cold <-" so there wouldn't be any question about what went where if future owners wanted to change anything."
