"You won't find a better then .
took care of pulling permits on to repair my home in the Historic district of Park City. He was able to find the materials to match the historic exterior woodwork and completed the entire repair in a single weekend (an impossible task when dealing with the building requirements for Park City).
I have remodeled 3 homes and have many ties to the construction industry. I wish I had met before all of that work. will do ALL of my future repairs and remodels.

"I has more than pleased of all the contractors I used he was the best. I had different people to do the plumbing . the cabinet install the range install and the counter tops,et I'd arranged these people before so I didn't have him do some of the things I had done. I'm planning on having him put in tile in the near future"

"All jobs done were done professionally, timely and all people couldn't have been nicer. They all wanted to do a good job and asked repeatedly if that was the way I wanted. Would hire this contractor again in the wink of an eye."

"They gave me what I thought was a good price, but I should have been leary from there. While it is my own fault that I went out of town while they did the work, I came home to find a patio that sloped SEVERELY toward my house. Any time it rained or snowed my back room would flood. I'm no concrete contractor, but even I know that you don't slope a patio INTO a house.
I tried over and over to get them to come to my house to look at it, and they essentially gave me the run-around and eventually just disappeared altogether. These people are crooks, and do shoddy work. BEWARE.
I did my due diligence and looked up the license to be sure there weren't any complaints. Believe me, there will be one after this.
I had to pay to have the entire thing ripped out and done over, doubling what I should have paid for a good job in the first place."

"The job went very well, except for a delay when one workman returned to his home town permanently. Considering that the work was done through the Christmas holiday, we were not surprised by the delay. , who acts as the contractor, was extremely easy to work with and very fair when changes were asked for during the course of the job. , who does tho overwhelming bulk of the work, is an excellent, meticulous, and neat worker. We enjoyed the experience, something that is not easy to do when living in the house while the work is being done, and we are delighted with the result. Several friends have asked who did the work. We would hire them again without hesitation."

"We started remodeling with Maverick contracted to complete in 3 months. Detailed drawings were complete, supplies and fixtures spaced, and most items ordered at the onset. was unable to organize suppliers and sub contractors to complete the job in a timely manner. Originally did not want to sign a contract; that should have been a big red flag. As we asked to honor the contract obligations, he responded to us with belligerence, tantrums, and verbal abuse. After five months we have a job half done, and a major subcontractor failure due in part to lack of oversight. We have fired for default of contract. As to specific work: typically showed 3 or 4 days a week, at 10 or 11am, and left by 3 or 4pm. s hands on work framing, replacing windows and doors are good quality. Subcontractors and suppliers that he uses are a mixed bag, some good, and some poor. Peripheral damage to walls, furniture and fixtures became excessive."

"From the beginning of the job they were late every step of the way. Outside of delays caused by plumbers and electricians, they promised a 12 week time period and it went from through December. The project manager walked off the job (as well as others), leaving me to find others to finish the details. The tile in the bathroom is uneven, cabinets had to be redone; the communication between those working on the job was non-existent and people were consistently quitting which threw the deadline off even more. I am now missing phone lines and cable outlets in my office and downstairs. The plumber threw away all my information on the whirlpool tub, and the platform promised for the washer and dryer was never completed."

" 's team is professional and courteous. The estimates were within 90% accuracy. The quality of the work was outstanding. He's a bit more expensive than some of the other quotes we received, however, he was the most thorough and professional through the estimation process so we were more comfortable going with him. There were periods that were a bit frustrating because we couldn't get work scheduled - but I believe this is the case with all contractors in SLC, where there seems to be no shortage of work. In general I highly recommend his services and would use him again."

" always showed up when he said he would, and cleaned up at the completion of each day. The project was in a multiple unit building and the other owners and manager of the building were very impressed with the way he worked and communicated with everyone when anything that needed to be done might disturb the owners. (Water or power interruptions, temporary noises.) He has since been asked to do work for the building manager and other condo owners in the building."
