"This is the second project the contractor has completed on our house. He showed up when he said he would, kept us informed on how the work proceeded, and was finished when he said he would be done. The walls he repaired were over 100 years old, and he consulted us on any additional work that was found to be necessary as the layers of wallpaper came ...more off. His prep work included protecting the existing carpet with heavy plastic sheets and masking off surfaces that we didn't want plaster of primer spills to damage. Prep and final cleanup were thorough. The house is in a historic district, and the work will be reviewed by the Utah State Historical Society to qualify for a tax credit. We expect the review to go smoothly - the project he did 5 years ago was also reviewed and accepted by the Historical Society with no problems. The quality of work was high and the price was fair. We were very satisfied with the work and will use him again for future projects."
