"We boarded our dogs for a week or two at a time on several occasions. We were on what turned out to be a very skewed system with them. In the end they claimed that we owed them hundreds of dollars more than we should have, and the owners were down right nasty about it. In terms of their service before this incident, my dogs ...more did seem to enjoy going there, and I know that their staff was great with the animals. I asked them to cut the nails of both dogs while they were there for a week, and when I picked them up it had never been done (this happened on more than one occasion)."
