"I called one month prior to using the service and discussed my ant problem (3 different types of ants. They spent 15-20 minutes on the phone answering my questions. They recommended that I wait until the snow melted so that the treatment would be most effective. At the time I was only seeing a few ants but the last two years spring has been when the ants show up in the house. I called to schedule once the snow melted and I was seeing more of an ant problem. They came out within a week and did a very through job on the exterior, detached garage, crawl space and interior. Additionally they gave me an Angie's List discount. It has only been a few days since they treated but they told me that I should not see any ants for a year or longer but if I do they will come out and retreat. I felt comfortable with the technicians, they were very knowledgeable and respectful of my property and special requests."

"We got Awesome's name from Angie's List. Called them and they came out the next day. They spent more than two hours inspecting the home for mice-holes and plugging them up. They also set some 33 traps and glueboards in the home and garage. They also drilled two small holes in a basement wall where we had heard mice chewing on something and injected poison powder behind the wall. I was especially concerned about the safety of our pet dog and cat; they assured me that the powder behind the wall would not be accessible to them.

"The owner is a young guy in his 20's. He is a clean cut and sweet kid. A friend recommended him. He is into bugs and explained everything to me. He wanted to see one of the dead spiders so we hunted for one and he took it with him. I called him after they had been here 3 weeks before because I heard a mouse in the wall and he came back and didn't charge me. I'm on a system with him where he comes 4 times a year. I feel great about him and I am pretty picky. He has expanded and I don't see him as much. I pay $80 each visit so for the whole year it is $320. If I am not home when they spray outside they will leave a bill on the step."

They found all of the rat holes, put trail poison under the deck and provided bait stations. They also inspected my foundation to see if there were any places rats could get into the house, filled the space around the pipe that runs from my air conditioner into the house with steel wool and gave me suggestions for a more permanent fix."

He would not spray the garage alone stating that spraying the garage was not worth his while and would not be profitable for him. However, he did offer to charge $650 for treating the house alone, far more than another company had quoted. Yet another company's rep told us we had no termite problem at all after actually looking in the garage as requested."
