"He called in the morning to let me know they were on their way. He and his co-worker showed up on time. He is very friendly and got the job done very quickly. He gave me an estimate on the phone and that was the exact cost. I called him the day before we moved and he fit me in first thing on our moving day. He also gave me a discount when I told him I found him on Angie's list. I would definitely use him again!"

"Called to have 3 deadbolt locks repaired. Made appointment for next morning. Owner of business arrived promptly. I explained problem and said I was ready to have him sell and install 3 new deadbolts. He checked out all the locks, then said he could fix them without replacing them. It took about an hour because he had to take the locks apart and put new parts in them. He also diagnosed the reasons the locks were performing badly and cured those problems as well."

"This key problem had been bugging me for nearly six months and I had done things like investigate the clutch cut-out switch and discovering that if I kept the key in the ignition all the time, the car would start. But the key I used to lock the car (since the key was in the ignition) broke and I knew that I had to do something. I decided to get a duplicate and try some things on my own before taking it to the dealer (which would have fixed it for a few hundred bucks). Went to

and described the problem to the locksmith at the desk. He said it sounded like a dirty lock or maybe a badly-cut or worn key and said that if I'd park the car close, he'd see what he could find out. I parked in front and he went out and tried the key on all the locks including the ignition. He then used an aerosol cleaner (Houdini brand) to clean the ignition lock. Took a bit. He then cut a replacement key a little over sized to take up the slack from wear in the lock and key. Works perfectly.

"I needed to have a deadbolt installed in two different doors in my home. I also had all of the doorknob locks switched out. They were very personable and nice. They completed the job fast and efficiently."
