"There were two projects involved. Our home and the duplex next door which is our rental. They brought in a front loader and dumping trailer and did the tear out in record time. They kept the property clean and the noise to a minimum. The project went smoothly and, when the weather behaved (rain), it moved along as scheduled. We are delighted with the finished projects. His expertise helped us determine what could and couldn't be done, and how to best go about doing it. Overall, a great job and I plan to hire him in the spring to do the back yard!"

"The completed wall is attractive & I believe stable, but not the block style I requested. The job duration was estimated to last 3 to 4 days in a single week, but took 3 weeks. Most issues stemmed from not having a contract in place to start the work, as promised; I received the contract when the work was completed. We met on site 1 week before the work started to review the specifics of the scope. The laborers started with little apparent understanding of the scope & unprepared to manage the waste concrete blocks. I directed & watched the laborers myself for over 2 hours. Neither I nor the lead laborer was able to reach Mr.

by phone. The laborers did a good job in protecting the neighbors' yard, brick walkway, and irrigation system located immediately at the base of the wall. Several days into the job, Mr.

notified me that the type of blocks I requested would cost an additional $1,000, & the exact requested style was not available. He split the cost with me."

He left debris and equipment all over the yard. The water feature turned out nice; but the patio completion was a nightware. The existing patio was dug up and left un-tended for days. When the existing concrete was being cut, nothing was picked up or covered, and everything, including the house, windows, grill, outdoor furniture, gutters, potted plants had a film of concrete paste on it. I practically had to beg him to finish the patio (he actually tried to ask for a longer extension since he had now picked up a bigger more lucrative job!). He did finish the patio but not to our satisfaction (too many large gaps in several spots; some gaps up to 12 to 18 inches wide, to name just one thin). He promised to come back to close up the gaps, but now 3 weeks later, has not returned a single call. "
