"I have had Clear Mobile internet service for the past several years. Recently my service slowed down so much that my bluray player would simply time out every time I tried to watch Netflix or any other video service. I called Clear Mobile. I was told ...more that the towers they use for my SLC University area home are simply overloaded. They spent a good bit of time with me on the phone troubleshooting my internet speed but ultimately were unable to provide any solution or anticipate any solution emerging in the near future. I had to switch providers. "

"We'd lived in the same area for 12 years. We want to get service faster than the slow 1.5 mps we have. Its tough to work with monolithic companies.

"They provide nearly flawless internet service, their support staff is available night and day except major holidays. The service rarely goes down, and when it does, it is back up quickly. In the past, internet service providers are quick to point fingers at my computer, the phone company, and others for the problem. They don't do this."
"They gave a window of 1-5pm, he showed up at 6:15pm, and it took about an hour for this
service. I was not impressed, and if there were ANY other broadband services in Salt Lake, I'd try it. While he seemed like he was working quickly, it seemed to take a long time. He was, however, courteous but did not clean up any cable cuttings."
"First installer drilled holes in the wrong place and broke a glass vase. Second installer corrected first installer mistakes and installed extra camera we wanted. Apologized for first installer and said he would look into reimbursing damage done.
"Customer support is limited to 8-5 on M-F. No one answered when I was home. (Comcast has 24/7 support). Internet is pathetically slow. Tried to update account information and their password system was broken. Since I don't have a contract with them (we have been with them for years), we will be switching. Since our home had outdated wiring for intercom and we had no hard wiring for our internet, this was challenging. I would definitely recommend
...more to work for anyone I know. It took longer than anticipated, but the work was done with good humor and care, so that we did not really mind the intrusion. They came and worked when they said they would and stayed until the issues were resolved. They explained what they were doing, answered questions and worked around issues and came back to help, even when the problem we had was of our own making. Overall outstanding experience.
