"Called
Salt Lake City HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
at 8am based on Angie's list score because we had no heat. A tech arrived about 10am and diagnosed issue with the boiler. Because we had the spare part, the issue was resolved quickly. The tech (sorry, I can't remember his name - he was awesome, though) was thorough and went through troubleshooting step-by-step, something my engineer husband appreciates very much, but doesn't expect - he thought they'd just tell us we needed a new boiler. He replaced the problem part and was done within an hour. Outstanding!!!

"I'm a new homeowner and have had to use several contractors to update my 1920's home. In all honesty this company was one of the worst I've had to deal with. I will not be using them in the future. I suggest looking elsewhere. The only good part about this company is Aladdin their plumbing technician who offered to come help me free of charge on a Saturday (his day off). I didn't take him up on his offer but I thought he was incredibly generous and kind to offer it!

"These guys are AMAZING!! They were honest, professional, and reasonably priced! I called them at 4pm and within an hour
Salt Lake City HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
(who I believe is the owner) was at my home. I'm so grateful because when I've called other HVAC people in the past they say they can't come past 5pm without an after hours/ rush fee,
Salt Lake City HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
however didn't charge me anything extra, in fact he even took my Angie's List coupon. We discovered we would need a new furnace (which wasn't a shock since it was 33 years old) and
Salt Lake City HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
gave me all the options, he even suggested the cheapest option for my particular needs/ home size. They said they had another install the next day, but would come right after that. Things ran a little long on their other job so they weren't able to get the bulk of work done until after 6pm. Instead of making me wait another night in our FREEZING house they worked on through the night until my furnace was working and we were warm. They stayed til 9:30pm and did so with a smile on their faces! I am so grateful I found this amazing company. I cannot say enough good things about them and look forward to using them again in the future.

"The visit by the
Salt Lake City HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
employee was exceedingly disappointing. The technician who arrived was personable, but that's about the only positive. He first checked our main furnace (a bit surprising since the purpose of the visit was the air conditioning unit) and announced that it was leaking natural gas, dangerous, and needed immediate attention. He "condemned" the furnace (never stating on what authority), and turned it off. He next checked out the air conditioner and indicated that it needed extensive repairs. He then worked up estimates for "repairing" both appliances (approximately $18,000) or replacing them (something in excess of $20,000). We were flabbergasted, but declined making any commitments at that point.
We immediately contacted Questar, the natural gas provider, and their technician arrived within about 4 hours. Using more sophisticated equipment, he tested both our furnaces and declared them working safely and reliably with no evidence of escaping dangerous gases. About a week later a technician from another HVAC company we had regularly dealt with in the past came and repaired the electrical system in the air conditioning unit for a cost of about $200. It's now approximately 8 months later, and we have had no problems with either the "condemned" furnace or the air conditioning unit. Both work fine. Needless to say, we were not happy with
Salt Lake City HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
and will neither use them nor recommend them to others in the future. Also, the experience turned us off completely regarding future use of "special deals" on Angie's List.

"He made a service call to check out the furnace. Because he thought we would be pleased with the price and service, he didn't,t charge us for this initial visit. However, because my brother runs a construction company, he was subsequently able to get us a deal from one of his subcontractor's: otherwise we would surely have used this contractor.

H&A was able to help me fix my problem over the phone. They did not have to perform a service call and did not earn any money from me today, but they earned a customer and I will call them in the future if I have any HVAC service or maintenance needs.

"Our furnace wasn't working this morning, and we called
Salt Lake City HVAC Contractors Provider Name Locked
because they were open on a Saturday. Our service technician was
