"I went there but it didn?t work out. I didn?t get any help and by the time I flagged someone down, he went through a thing and told me he?d get back to me later that day. I called back the next week and he didn?t give me any quote. It didn?t seem like they wanted my business too bad. In the mean time, I went to a couple of other places and got better prices. I even called a manager who told me there was a cell phone number. If it was one person, I wouldn?t grade them so harshly."

"We started remodeling with Maverick contracted to complete in 3 months. Detailed drawings were complete, supplies and fixtures spaced, and most items ordered at the onset. 
was unable to organize suppliers and sub contractors to complete the job in a timely manner. Originally did not want to sign a contract; that should have been a big red flag. As we asked to honor the contract obligations, he responded to us with belligerence, tantrums, and verbal abuse. After five months we have a job half done, and a major subcontractor failure due in part to lack of oversight. We have fired for default of contract. As to specific work: typically showed 3 or 4 days a week, at 10 or 11am, and left by 3 or 4pm. s hands on work framing, replacing windows and doors are good quality. Subcontractors and suppliers that he uses are a mixed bag, some good, and some poor. Peripheral damage to walls, furniture and fixtures became excessive."

" was one of the lower estimates, which seemed to come in two discrete groups. They said to look for a remnant in their yard or at one other stone supplier. We, amazingly, found a remnant of the desired granite immediately. As we later had problems finding a general contractor, had to store the remnant for three months. When we needed it, they did the work in a few days. The fitting was very careful. The top looks exactly as desired, and before they left, they cleaned up dust and dirt completely."

"After we picked the slabs of granite we wanted the countertops to be cut from, the contractor picked them up at the stone yard, took them back to his shop, and cut them. The only cutting that was done at the house was for the faucets. What an awesome job!"

"To get the bid and initial work done they were quick and did nice work. Upon inspection found a couple of problems. One of the countertops had a scratch in it, and a hole in one of the stalls was off center and can not be covered by trim. We have tried four times to have them come back and they were never there within time frame they said they would. One time they came the day before they were scheduled, we weren't home and another contractor knew about the scratch and told him about it and he fixed it, but didn't fix the stall. We called and got on the schedule again. We called the day before to make sure we were still on the schedule. They said yes. They didn't come and we called again and they said the serviceman said he was just out there so he took us off the schedule. They didn't even know why they were coming out despite being told several times why they needed to come back. We always dealt with the same scheduler. And it has taken a month to get this resolved."
