You won't find a better

.
took care of pulling permits on to repair my home in the Historic district of Park City. He was able to find the materials to match the historic exterior woodwork and completed the entire repair in a single weekend (an impossible task when dealing with the building requirements for Park City). I have remodeled 3 homes and have many ties to the construction industry. I wish I had met
before all of that work.
will do ALL of my future repairs and remodels.

He works on his own. He normally does not travel but he came as he is my friend and I paid him for his work. He was fast and accurate. He knew what he was doing. He is efficient and he did a good job.

was responsive and efficient. The bulk of the work was done quickly and

returned in the mornings, and evenings (even on Saturday) to fill out the joint compound to insure the drywall patch blended into the plaster wall. All around nice guy who was willing to work around my schedule.

We had an extensive kitchen remodeling project and got several bids for before going with
Salt Lake City General Contractors Provider Name Locked
. The first bid came in at $90,000 -- wow, way out of our price range. When I talked to
Salt Lake City General Contractors Provider Name Locked
to get his bid on cabinets, he explained that he was also a contractor but his true love was cabinets -- he suggested that I manage the project myself, and he could put me in touch with his subs for the electrical, plumbing, framing, tile, etc. I had already priced many things out so had an idea of cost and knew I could save a lot by managing it myself. So, I went with
Salt Lake City General Contractors Provider Name Locked
. It worked for me because I work out of a home office, so I was always here when questions came up. We ended up getting a higher quality of cabinetry with
Salt Lake City General Contractors Provider Name Locked
, worked with some really nice guys, and were able to stick with our original plan, design, and finishes -- all for a total of $52,000 (cabinets cost about $15,500).
The kitchen is contemporary and very open now. Lower cabinets and 10 ft island are a walnut with dark espresso stain, and the upper cabinetry is white. I had worked with a kitchen designer earlier so had a pretty general idea of what I wanted. We wanted some rather unusual things, this wasn't just standard cabinetry that we were replacing. We have two 8-ft high cabinets that frame the ends of one wall of cabinetry, an 8-ft bookshelf on another wall, a bay window that we were covering but still wanted to keep the deep set counter. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to change my mind like some of the other contractors tried to do -- he went with our plans and the finished product is wonderful.

took my plans, made some suggestions, showed me how the two-

colors would look, came out several times to check on progress of subs and take more measurements, and everything came together beautifully. We LOVE our new kitchen. I wouldn't change a thing -- it's perfect.

Salt Lake City General Contractors Provider Name Locked
is the owner and he was great to work with. We built our home in 1998 so I have dealt with many contractors, big and small, since then and
Salt Lake City General Contractors Provider Name Locked
was the best I have ever worked with. He called back when he said he would, came to the house when he said he would and when we had to make changes he made it work for us no matter how inconvenient it was for him. I asked to make a significant design change on the built-in shelves after they were partially installed. We worked out a fair way to do it without costing me much more money and even with the change-order the job got done on schedule. The custom dresser and daybed are pieces of furniture I'll take with me if I move or hand down to one of my children some day - very nice pieces.
