"Superb! Met the represenative at the spring home show.Set up site visit for cost estimate. called the day before" the site visit/estimate. He arrived on time. He was well prepared, polite and worked effieciently to advise us on the number and placement of the solar vent fans. We had his bid in hand before he left. even gave us the home show discount (Solatube, even though we did not purchase that product). The day before the install Bright Concept's called to confirm the appointment. On the day of the install they arrived on time and completed the work in a professional workman like manner. and Rocky were great, they worked effeciently and safely and left a clean worksite. Why aren't all contractors this good?

"Based on Angie's List rating, I called B & L after another electrician failed to return my call. My call to B & L was answered by a live human who" took my contact info and details about the work I wanted done. She said she'd have " " (the owner) get in touch with me within 24 hours. He returned my call the following morning and arranged to come (at a time convenient for me) to give me an estimate. He called me 30 minutes before the appointment to ensure that I would be available as planned. He arrived promptly and spent 20 minutes or so discussing the job, looking at the existing fixures, making recommendations, giving me a heads-up about potential complications (which didn't materialize). We made an appointment for the work to be done. I was surprized when he said it would be done in a day (shocked when it was actually done in less than 4 hours). showed up on time the day the work was to be done, followed shortly thereafter by the electrician who did the work. reviewed the work that was to be done with me and his electrician to make sure we were all on the same page before he left. He returned again midway thru the job to check on progress. The electrician ( )went straight to work. Throughout the work he was pleasant and professional and consulted me when appropriate. After each task was completed, he had me check it out to make sure I was happy with the result. He made a point of covering my furniture, appliances, etc to protect them from falling debris, and cleaned up as he went. When he finished he talked about what needed to be done to patch a hole left by removing the fluorescent kitchen fixture and recommended someone to do the job if I didn't want to do it myself. (He offered the option of capping it, but I declined.) From start to finish, I have no complaints. B & L is the first number I will call for any future electrical work.

Ceiling Fan Installation reviews in Salt Lake City

is careful and neat to a fault. He wanted to do the job as quickly as possible and came immediately after any subcontractor whose work was required to be done first. His holes in the ceiling were done carefully and everything about the way he does a job is as drawn in a textbook. When he is finished, the only evidence that he ...More was there is the completed electrical work.

They were prompt and courteous, and they got straight to work. They were exceptionally knowledgeable about their work. My husband made the appointment, and I didn't realize there was a coupon for this business on this site until I logged on to submit a review, so we're a little bummed we missed out on that. However, we will definitely call ...More them again for any future electrical work.

This was not a fun job. The bathroom is in the basement, the shower had leaked and caused damage to the walls & ceiling. The old concrete had to be removed in order to reposition the floor drain. We found the entire crew to be really hard working and dependable. They came when they said they would, even working on Sundays. The price was very fair ...More and we were given a discount on the tiles.

My wife and I recently bought an early 1900s home and are in the process of restoring and renovating it. One of our first projects was to modernize the bathroom as it lacked a shower and was in serious need of updating. We found through Angie’s List and given his high we called him in for an estimate. ...More For this project we wanted to move the tub (to bring things up to code), add a showerhead, a new tile floor and wainscot, redo the plaster on the walls and ceilings, update the electrical, add a bathroom fan, and put in a heated floor. My wife and I did the demo and bought all the lighting fixtures, tile, grout, plumbing fixtures, and electrical components. We got six estimates for the plumbing, drywall, and electrical work ranging from over $20k to $4k. Four of the estimates were in the $8-5k range, with right in that price range. We liked from the start and we appreciated his detailed estimate, so we asked for references and photographs from some of his previous bathroom jobs. He promptly provided photos and references’ phone numbers. All of his references gave him high praise. What really sold us were photos of his previous bathroom jobs; very high quality, professional tile work. We weren’t disappointed. and his plumbing and electrical sub-contractors started their work promptly. We really liked his plumbing sub-contractor, (from Hungry Plumbing), and his quality work. The electrical subs were average. hung the drywall and did the tile work. Our old house is crooked in just about every direction and took great care furring the wall and making the walls straight and the room square. He also worked diligently to level the floor before laying the tiles. We used 1 in hexagonal tiles on the floor and did a commendable job getting the many grout lines even while incorporating the “random” dot pattern we wanted. On the walls, we used 4x4 tiles and was masterful at keeping the many grout lines perfectly straight along long stretches. His tile work is definitely high quality. Further, his presence was always welcome – he is an honest, hard-worker who was pleasant to have around. All in all, we are very happy with ’s work and love our bathroom. We would use again on a major project.
