Window Replacement Reviews in Sacramento

Windows worked with Costco to give me the best window pricing available for my rental house.
The house is very small and they finished the work in one day instead of two. All existing windows removed and replaced with Milgard Styleline product.
They look great and we are happy with the work.

The estimate was done quickly and responsive to my needs. However I didn't get the impression the store was very organized and could hear the manager yelling at a customer on the phone. They didn't call after providing the estimate to see if it met my needs or if I had questions.

Improvement was a pleasure to work with from my consultation appointment to the final installation. The consultation was informative and left no questions unanswered. I explained that I wanted to use french doors that I had previously purchased for a job that was not completed. I also wanted to have an additional window installed in the living room.
The consultant previewed the work to be done and gave me a fair quote. The owner came and measured the windows to be upgraded, the placement of the new window as well as the installation of the french doors. The installation was originally planned for two days because of the addition of a new window. To my surprise and delight all work was completed in one day. They trimmed the new window to match the existing trim on the outside.
My neighbors and family have commented on how nice the windows looks and brighten the house. The new french doors add a touch of elegance that I wanted and the additional window in the living room helps brighten a dark room. The noise level has been reduced in my house and I am extremely happy.

Sale staff were helpful and patient in helping me pick a door from multiple brands and styles. Worked with me over several months. Installation was on-time and flawless.

Older aluminum windows in a home we recently purchased had a variety of problems upstairs, especially a leak in one of them when it rained. I wanted all of them replaced and the contractor to ensure that the source of the water was located and appropriate measures taken to fix the problem. I wanted a contractor with experience working with roofs, siding and exteriors in case the problem was more than just the window. Fortunately, it appears that the previous installation was poorly done with no flashing and improper sealing. There was no evidence of a roof or siding leak. So far, so good... we've had a couple of rains, with no leaks. The workers did a fine job, which took them the full day. Showed up right when they said they would and cleaned up fine. The windows are exactly as promised and we are very pleased.

My experience with the employees at

was exceptional, from the time

came out to give me the estimate to the time Mr.

and his crew came out and did the installation. They replaced four single pane double-hung windows and one large picture window. In addition, they found dry rot on one of the outside window sills and replaced that, too. When the windows were received (after they were ordered) all of the work of installing was done in one day. The windows look great and there was no mess left for me to clean up.

It went great the Tech did the inspection and felt that my windows were in very good condition and the concerns that I had were not a defect or break down of the window. He took the time to explain that the window sweating was due to the air tightness of the house and to prevent it in the future to open a window in the kitchen when cooking or washing dishes to allow the moisture to escape, so that the moisture would not collect on the inside window pane. He also suggested the same thing when showering. I will definitely call them again if I need windows or repairs.

At first I guess I failed to tell him that my home address was different from the address where the project would be at, so he ended up in the wrong location. But we worked it out and he still managed to come that day to get it done. It was probably my fault for not stressing the fact that the project was at a different location. He was very polite, easy going, kind and a hard worker.

Scouted and received bids from several big box stores and independents on 3 exterior doors. I, at the last moment thought of

Blvd. as a final bid. To my surprise they were much less by about 20% even with one of the box store giving 15% off all special orders.

was my contact and answered options and questions that only someone familiar with that product line would know. It was refreshing to get the pros/cons of my needs and relieve any concerns or point out solutions that prior customers liked and worked for them. The price was great, but equally as important was his knowledge and ease of resolving potential problems that I had not thought of Caming or no caming,

expanders or not, which Sill needed and color recommendations worked best, extra protection on the garage jamb for dry rot (which happened on the old door), security concerns and on and on. Good company and great staff!

Setting the appointment for an estimate went quickly. Rod was timely and professional in providing a verbal estimate. According to him it would take less than a day, and about 3-4 sheets of 8x4 siding plus a little trim and flashing for $1600. I checked and the siding costs about $33 per sheet, and the additional products for a few dollars more. Deducting material cost from the $1600 estimate suggests I was being charged over $100+ per hour labor for an 8-hour day. Wwaaaayyy toooo expensive for me.
