"After we first contacted
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
to schedule our
appointment we received in the mail a packet from that included window
pamphlets, other information and a CD/DVD that showed us what to expect in a
window replacement job. We were very
impressed by this because no other company did this. This information assisted us in becoming more
knowledgeable about what we needed.
The first meeting was great. The sales person was very
knowledgeable about his product and egress. We were provided the most detailed,
professional estimate that we had seen.
At the second meeting the sales person brought two people from his
installation team and we went over how the job would be done. This was a very nice touch and made us feel
even more comfortable.
The windows we purchased were the Milgard Tuscany. These windows are excellent in Quality.
We negotiated a final price, the contract was signed. The
job was completed and we could not be happier.
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
has follow up twice to
make sure we are happy.

We strongly recommend this company because they simply go
above and beyond the other companies in professionalism and quality.

"Our first appointment was on
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
27, 2013. On the first
visit we went through the house and showed him the windows we needed
replaced. He measured each window and
took notes.
The window he was selling was called Brother’s Extreme. The windows seemed not well made to us and we
never could figure out who actually made the windows.
On August 16, 2013 we notified Brothers that they did not
get the job for our window replacement.

"Our first appointment was on
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
27, 2013. On the first visit we went through the house and showed him the 21 windows we needed replaced. He measured each window and took notes. The sales representative was unsure about egress issues. He then told us would give us an estimate by the following week. He then contacted us and requested a second meeting. The second meeting was on August 9, 2013. We thought it was to give us the estimate. But it became clear to us that he did not take adequate notes the first time and when he arrived at our home he did not have an estimate. He wanted to go over what we wanted again. The sales representative told us we would have an estimate the following week. By August 16, 2014 we had not heard from
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
and had not received an estimate. We notified them on that date that they did not get the job.

"We had four contractors in for estimates, and met with millworks reps at the two big box stores..
Our sales guy from CECS,
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
, obviously knew what he was doing when he was measuring for the replacement. He had samples of different doors (sliced cross sections of the frames), so it was easy to understand the different product/price lines his company offered. He also gave us a folder with information on CECS. We made our decision on the door we wanted, one of the least expensive.
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
did not pressure us to upgrade, and provided a proposal on the model we were considering. We liked that
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
was a good listener and understood how we decided on what we wanted. .
One company quoted the same door, but didn't seem to care about our small job. Another tried to push us into a brand that was way above our budget, and the sales rep wore so much cologne that we felt like tearing out our doors to let in air! The last person sold Ply-gem, but said that they didn't make one that would fit our house--no

of a purchase by me when someone
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
! On the stores, one was the least expensive, though not by much (they kept offering discounts), and the other was pricier than the pros--the quality just wasn't there at either place.
Once we decided to go with CECS, the process was easy.
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
emailed the contract. We wanted one item more specifically explained, and the contract was immediately revised. We confirmed with specific language in a return email on 11/7/13. That was it (perhaps because of the job size--if CECS were ordering $20,000 worth of windows, I am sure they would have wanted a signed paper). The contract specified "December" for completion, understandable with the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday.
Here is the only hitch in this deal. On 12/3, we got to wondering what was happening. I emailed
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
for status. Sure enough, I received a call the next day to schedule the installation.
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
, the installer, called on 12/4, and the installation was set for 12/9. We touched bases on the phone before the installation to make sure that
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
had all of the material he needed.

and

arrived right on time, and got to work. They ran into a couple of problems with our house, but knew what to do. I am probably an awful customer, because I like to watch people working on my house, and I ask questions. If these guys were bothered by it, it did not show.
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
and
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
were nice guys, who seemed to enjoy their work, which makes me feel that CECS is a decent company to work for.
Our salesman,
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
, dropped by about 3/4 of the way through; I liked the follow up. The installation looks great, and we love the door. Goodbye drafts and noise! We have received unsolicited compliments from visitors.
I would check these people out if I were you.

"My old aluminum windows were failing and I needed new ones. My new neighbors had windows installed about two months ago. I went down to talk to them about their new windows and they recommended All Pros Exteriors, Inc., they also took the time to show me their Amerimax windows. I was very impressed with the end product. From the moment I met
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
and after his presentation of window operation and the quality of the window, I was hooked.
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
talked to me as an old friend, never talking down to me as I asked questions. If this was any clue of what was forthcoming, then I would be very pleased with this company, and I am.
Installation day was fantastic. All the guys that showed up were very personable, respectful, patient and professional. The company has very high standards and it reflects in their work. Prior to the demolition process, all furniture etc was covered with tarps, heavy furniture moved. They installed fire alarms in each bedroom, and installed a central carbon monoxide alarm without an additional charge.
The windows , well they speak for themselves. They are beautiful and they also sound proofed my home. I just keep on staring at them and think wow!!!!
Also, they hauled away all the old windows and screens and cleaned up after themselves.
Am I pleased … why , YES, I am. What a great company! Would I recommend them, absolutely!!!

"The salesman was friendly and professional. He performed the routine measuring and quoting well, and offered good information regarding the product (

vinyl). The contract was also clear and straightforward. I was advised I would be contacted within two weeks from date of contract to schedule installation for the third week. The installer arrived on time on the scheduled install date. He was very polite and informative and finished the work expertly and promptly, including thorough clean-up. I was advised that the credit transaction receipt and warranty paperwork would be mailed to me. This arrived, as promised, two weeks later. I would definitely recommend this company as the important aspects of their business, i.e., education of product, competitive pricing, and expert installation, are very much valued. "

"I interviewed sales people from three different window companies who represented three different window manufacturers. The Northwest sales person was the only one that brought a "sample kit" to demonstrate the window construction and features. After the interviews I visited the three local showrooms to see some actual window installations and to have the sales people show me more details. Each of the window companies had their own shop adjacent to their showrooms, as well their own trucks and crews.
The estimates were fairly close to one another, but I decided on the Northwest as the installer and chose the Anlin windows they were promoting because I liked the window features (construction and materials). I also preferred their screens, which had metal "pulls" instead of the typical flimsy rubber "tabs" that most screens have (that is, when they are new!). It's a small detail, but removing screens and re-seating them is one of the things you have to do when you clean windows.
After signing the contract, a different Northwest representative came to my place and took precise measurements and subsequently placed the order with the Anlin manufacturer (www.anlin.com). After the windows arrived at Northwest, they scheduled the installation.
The installation crew arrived on time and the first thing they did was to walk through my townhouse and double-check to make sure they had the correct windows and equipment before they started work. One of the windows had to be re-ordered because the manufacturer had made a mistake, but Northwest was able to get it expedited and the replacement window arrived within a week.
I left the townhouse for part of the time that the crew was working because I didn't want to be around all the noise and activity. But from what I did observe, the crew was very precise and careful about removing the old windows and installing the new ones. They kept me apprised of their progress during the day and discussed with me how they could deal with some construction issues that were not visible until they removed old paneling. And each day they cleaned up the interior and exterior before they left.
The removal and installation job took three days total, and then they came back a forth day for a few hours to complete some detail work (additional caulking, removing labels, cleaning windows, etc.).
Northwest installed new window trim on the exterior (it was required by the Homeowners Association), but I had to arrange for the trim to be painted.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the appearance of the finished job (interior and exterior), and it's great to have windows and doors that open and close smoothly again instead of the 40-yr old windows that were sticking all the time. And when I close the windows, it is so quiet that I either don't hear or am not bothered by a lot of the typical city noises anymore (such as fire engines, planes, and leaf blowers).

"It went great!
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
came out to do the initial estimate a couple of days after I called. She sent an estimate about a week later, which I accepted. She sent out another employee to do a second measurement and then ordered the window. The window took about 2 weeks to come in, but they were here to install within a couple of days of it's arrival. Unfortunately, the first window didn't fit properly, so a second one had to be ordered. No one's fault really, just one of those '
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
's Law' type things. The second window arrived in about 10 days and was installed 2 days later.
The crew did a great job! All the employees that I dealt with were top notch. They were professional, courteous, on-time, cleaned up completely when they were done, and were all-around nice people.
The window is high quality and looks great! The stucco work was just a small patch, but they did an excellent job of that too!
I would most definitely use
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
again.

"First of all. the owner said I misunderstood what the salesperson told me. . . the windows were fine that is was my frames that leak before they installed the windows and it was my siding causing the problems. . . at times the owner called me a liar, and many time out shouted at me and was very intimidating He had the 3rd man run water at my window and at one point water was gushing in wetting my blind and my very expensive bed spread. . . .so with his so called proof it was my siding . he left in a
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
.
I later got a letter saying that if I could get another window man saying these were inccoreect windows..THAT THE MATTER WOULD BE CLOSED . if not
the matter was over and not bother him again. . .

During all correspondence I had health issues and wasn't able to keep at the company. . .a nerveous break down. . friends dying.
another window company in the area did other mobil homes in my area , half the price I paid and actually did a great job in and out. even to the point of framing the inside with molding . . . I mentioned this point to the owner. . . who said
but you got the much better windows.
I still have leaks but, am a chronic sick man, a viet
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
vet. . . I don't handle confrontation and have no family to speak of
to support me in getting back with these rip off artist. . .
I in a perfect scenario would like to take
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
to small claims court to take out their windows, and pay for another company to pay for windows that fit mobil homes framing. . . and also take care of the damaged, walls, carpet,
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
even mold that could be harzardeous to my health . . .
my neighbors told me I should do all the above and also call
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
of one of the local tv stations. . that takes care of problems that happen to consumers like myself.
I have copies of orginal contract and my emails to them and theirs also along with pictures and videos of the dripping windows during a storm.

came out and gave us an estimate. We were given two choices of brands and price points, and I found
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
knowledgeable,professional, and pleasant. We found
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
's Exterior through Angie's List. In addition, when I spoke to my next door neighbor, he told me that
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
had replaced the windows for his adult daughter, and she was very pleased with the job they did for her.
The installation crew arrived on time, worked very hard all day, and paid attention to all details. With every most construction jobs, unseen problems occur. In our case, one of the sliders had previously been a window, and when the original install was done, the slider door was about two inches above floor level.Since the new slider door would fit into the old frame, the new slider would sit higher still. The installer recommended the door be installed level with the existing bedroom floor, to prevent someone from tripping over the high threshold as they went through the new slider.I followed the recommendation, and it was the right choice. After the job was finished, all the debris was cleaned up.
The new windows and slider doors look great, it makes the house look better. In sum, I feel it was money well spent, and I feel
Sacramento Window Installers Provider Name Locked
Exterior provided to us a real value.
