"Gave estimate by phone on basis of window count and promised to come the following day, which they did at the arranged time. Took 2 hours, inside and out. Very good cleaning job. Included removing and replacing screens. Used shoe covers indoors. Only complaint is that they did not hose off back patio when finished, so there were mud footprints when it dried out."
