"Based on a significant number of favorable reports on Angie's List, I first called 
on a Saturday for an emergency repair on a hot water heater. A highly professional plumber, , arrived within an hour, installed a new thermocouple under tricky conditions and restored our hot water in time for a family gathering. Two days later, by coincidence, a shower control valve gave out in the late afternoon. The first thing the next morning, arrived once again and this time replaced a damaged cartridge. While he was writing up the order, I asked about a troublesome toilet in a half-bath. He looked at his watch, saw that there was still some time "on the meter," and said he'd take a look at it. Within minutes, he diagnosed and fixed the problem, all without additional charge(I had originally thought I had to replace the whole toilet). In sum, both and did a first-rate job, and after a number of unhappy experiences in the past with outfits in the Yellow Pages, we've found our new "go to" plumber."

"We actually found these guys by accident. We were going to use them to install a water purchased from a major retailer. The were going to install it but the order was not correct and they caught the error. He helped us understand the problem. As it turned out "the guys" actually carried the tankless systems that we really wanted. He gave me a price. I compared to other quotes for the same system on the Internet, the guys were less expensive. The was actually only $2500 (installed) and difference was new gas line. They charged less per foot for the new gas line than other quotes. They went out of their way to accommodate our urgency, were polite hard workers and installed our the same day! We highly recommend them to our friends looking for tankless systems."

"The gentleman from was not nice at all and he was trying to rip me off with a new smaller water heater, when all I really needed was to have the pilot light lit. He was not nice to me and just for lighting my pilot light, he charged me a lot of money. I definitely would not recommend anyone to hire them."
