Stucco Repair And Installation reviews in Sacramento
I am quite sure that his company does great work and will absolutely consider him for any future jobs I might have. In this particular case, the estimate was much higher than I had anticipated, and not really doable for me.
The crew did a great job! All the employees that I dealt with were top notch. They were professional, courteous, on-time, cleaned up completely when they were done, and were all-around nice people.
The window is high quality and looks great! The stucco work was just a small patch, but they did an excellent job of that too!

And for that I’m the only one to blame because I assumed certain things would be done, instead of making sure they were included in the contract. When I discovered that the insulation dams around the attic access opening and around the whole house fan were going to be built out of insulation material, I took the matter on my own hands and built them out of wood.
My advice for anyone dealing with this company, or for that matter with any other remodeling company, is to look carefully to the contract BEFORE signing. Make a list of all the things you expect the company do for you and discuss prices and whether you as the customer is willing to do any part of the project to bring costs down; but make sure every detail is spelled out in the contract, and the contract is written in legible type so there are no misunderstandings.
When all the projects were finished and I had paid all the charges, I invited ”
