Real Estate reviews in Sacramento

When I initially called
Sacramento Real Estate Provider Name Locked
, I spoke to the owner
Sacramento Real Estate Provider Name Locked
. I told him what I needed to have done, and that my plan was to move everything into a rental storage space. He recommended that I rent a "cool box" which is larger than a Pod, and that it would fit in my driveway. This would be less expensive than a storage rental, and my stuff would have to be moved in and out of only 1 place instead of 2. I rented the "cool box" which was delivered the day before the move.
Sacramento Real Estate Provider Name Locked
called me to confirm on that day. In the course of out conversation, I mentioned how heavy my very old TV was.
Sacramento Real Estate Provider Name Locked
went on and on about how I needed a flat screen TV.

Sacramento Real Estate Provider Name Locked
arrived right on time on 2/23 and worked steadily. Everything was moved out within 2 hours. Funny thing: When
Sacramento Real Estate Provider Name Locked
picked up the TV, all of the plastic on the bottom cracked. I had a good laugh over that. Guess I was meant to get a new TV! Other than that, they were very careful and professional. They worked together well as a team. They were very friendly and funny. Before moving everything back in on 3/2, they put felt pads under the furniture so the new floor wouldn't get scratched. Again, they were punctual, professional and fun to work with. It felt like they were old friends. Next day,
Sacramento Real Estate Provider Name Locked
called to see how everything went. When I told him what had happened to the TV, he again insisted that I get a flat screen. Next day,
Sacramento Real Estate Provider Name Locked
took me to buy a new TV. Talk about going above and beyond!

When I searched on Angie's List for a moving provider and called
Sacramento Real Estate Provider Name Locked
, he answered the phone but asked if he could call me back within the hour as he was on another project at that moment. He did call me back and we set up everything for the Thursday morning help. The truck was going to arrive at 8am so I wanted
Sacramento Real Estate Provider Name Locked
and his guy there as close to that as possible. They provide a minimum of two hours of service which was fine by me. They arrived at 7:52am, early, a good start. By 9am we had unloaded everything and they had helped to place all the necessary items in their respective rooms/places. They were genial, thoughtful, courteous, and respectful. I would use them again without a hesitation.

The movers were late due to scheduling , but when they moved, I have never seen people move so fast in my life! Also, the best price I found on Angies list.

the guys were ready for the job earlier than expected, which put us a little behind but that's ok. they were accommodating in our plan to move both a storage unit and the apartment. They worked hard and were conscientious about moving and placing items gently on the floors in the new house. I like that they have a flat rate, no upcharges for blankets or that nonsense that some companies do. I wish they had a bigger truck available, as our stuff completely maxed out the the space available. i would also be willing to pay more for a 3rd guy to help pack things quickly, but i didn't think to ask about that at the time i booked it.

The owner of the company sent two guys and a lorry to move my stuff. They showed up on time and were very polite. Even though it was raining and the lorry didn't quite fit in the loading dock, the movers worked it out and moved all my things without them getting wet (them being my items). They were very good about moving the washer and dryers to my storage too. Those were heavy!! Overall, I would definitely hire again.

, the owner, took care of renting and picking up the U-Haul truck. He showed up early with an employee. They both worked quickly and efficiently. They did a fantastic job. Everything arrived at the new house in good condition.

Horrible service.
Sacramento Real Estate Provider Name Locked
team showed up 30 minutes late to pick up the pool table from the sellers house. They were to deliver the pool table to my house a couple of days later which they worked out for me but charged an additional 40 dollars. They showed up to my house to deliver 30 minutes late. I can deal with them being late. When putting the pool table together they assembled it incorrectly. They put the ball return rail on the wrong side of the table then when they were tacking in the corner pockets the tacks she used were to long and tacked to high and it went through the top of the rail damaging it. All they could say is sorry and that they would see what they can do to fix it. To top it off they originally quoted me 125 for the felt and it end up costing me an additional 25 dollars. They charged me through paypal and i didn't even get an itemized detail of the receipt. After calling them for 3 weeks asking when they were going to fix my pool table they finally gave me a date when they were going to come by approximately a week and half after I called them last. The day came and went and they never came by. I called them and they said they called and rang the doorbell but nobody answered. I never received a missed call and never heard the door bell. When I tried to reschedule they didn't have a time and date that would fit my 3 days off during the week. I tried to call them today to reschedule and still no answer or reply to my voice mail. I am really upset at this point and had to share my experience and they ruined my pool table. I don't know what to do next.

Arrived on time with one additional person. Very efficient in loading contents of studio apartment. Wrapped dressers with plastic to keep drawers in place. Unloaded contents at new apartment. New apartment was on 2nd floor . Unloaded through basement. Almost everything went into elevator with careful placement because elevator was small. Sofa had to be carried up 2 flights, and maneuvered around several tight corners. They made it with no damage to the sofa or any other item.

representatives arrived at each location on time and worked diligently to get the job done. All staff were professional, friendly and top-notch. They packed everything with the utmost care. We did not pack one item. They did it all. We have some expensive and extremely fragile items. Everything arrived in excellent shape. I honestly did not think that one of my precious vases would arrive in one piece, but it did. From start to finish, we have absolutely no complaints. We recommend this firm without reservation.

In order to choose a moving company, I requested quotes from
the top 10 companies listed here on ranked by stars/reviews.
There are 3 factors that made me go with
Sacramento Real Estate Provider Name Locked
(I even cancelled an
agreement with a different company due to these 3 factors). (1) They gave me
the lowest quote, (2) They said they will ship my stuff immediately and have it
delivered in approximately 7-10 days, (3) They assured me of a
"binding" quote where the price is fixed as long as I stick strictly
to my inventory list.
They broke all 3 promises that made me choose
Sacramento Real Estate Provider Name Locked
Upon pick-up, they said my stuff takes up 80 extra cubic feet in their truck so
they would need to charge me an extra $632.49. This is after they have already
loaded absolutely everything onto their truck. The movers came 3 hours late so
I was already running behind and I wasn't going to have them take everything
out and move it back into my apartment. So I had no choice but to oblige. I
stuck strictly to my inventory list, not a single thing above what I said I
would bring but they still claimed they needed $632.49 extra.
Secondly, my stuff did not arrive in 7-10 days, they picked
up my stuff on Saturday 2/15/14 and my stuff arrived Saturday 3/8/14, which is
exactly 3 weeks/21 days after. By the way, 21 days is the maximum period
required for us by law to provide them regardless of their estimated time of
arrival due to safety reasons for the driver. The point is they took the
maximum allotted time, not the 7-10 days as they quoted to me.
I dealt with customer service due to my price. At first they
explained to me that the extra money required was due to the fact that my
wardrobe boxes were too big. But the wardrobe boxes I used were
Sacramento Real Estate Provider Name Locked
" wardrobe boxes which are the smallest in the moving industry.
They are 9.4 cubic feet when my inventory list STATES up to 10 cubic feet. So I
actually provided them with less cubic feet but they wanted more money? $632.49
to be exact. So finally they agreed to lower the price to $1555.56. Of course
that was helpful but STILL it was $258.25 more than the binding quote that I was given by the
sales person
Sacramento Real Estate Provider Name Locked
in the beginning. And for what? NOTHING because I didn't have
a single item above what my inventory list stated.
Sacramento Real Estate Provider Name Locked
is a scam of a company and I warn you- please do
not use them.
