I had the optometrist do my eye exam and showed him the whole file that I had. He took me out and got me in touch with someone to pick out my glasses and I indicated which type I wanted and I was transferred to 4 different people on the sales floor and somewhere in the process they messed up the prescription and they told me it would take 5-7 days to get them. and I was told by the manager of the store that she would have the glasses for me by tomorrow which had been 5 days ago and that I will receive a phone call when they are done. I called back the day they were supposed to be done and they told me it would be another day. So I had a friend take me down there the next day and they had the incorrect lenses and frames and I was told that this is what I get. I called corporate and was told that I had to have a certain agreement which cost me $29 to be able to get these frames. So they then charged me the $29 for this. I paid $265 for the glasses and took them home and tried them on and when it came to the transition they did not transition and I could not read my computer or a book. I then called their customer service and they said there is a district manager named

The district manager gave me a free pair of glasses since they did not have the ones that I needed. I was sitting right next to the optometrist as the DM told me this. I took these glasses home and I went back on Monday and the glasses still weren’t correct. The temporary glasses they gave me broke at the bridge of the nose. I took them back for them to work on and I was told that I would not be charged for this work because of the hassle. I waited for a while and I then received a phone call that the shipment came in and I was told that it would take 1.5 hours for them to have them ready by 3pm. I got there at 2:30 and I was waiting and then I was told that they said they would not be done until 5pm. So I sat there and waited very respectfully and then they asked if the tint was right and I said no and the frames were also incorrect. I showed them the ones that I wanted and asked them to then just ship them to me and proceeded to leave. I went to go out to my car and

I am diabetic type 2 and she spends time examining my retina to see if there is macular degeneration or any adverse damage because of this. She does more medial things than any other optometrist has done. She has other titles attached to her name. She has a fellowship in optometric care of children and that is her specialty. She deals with partially blind and nearly blind children and she works on many things beyond my understanding. I get a very comprehensive examination from her.
