"Originally, I called to get a new attic ladder installed, some plywood placed over the 2 x 4's on the attice floor, and asked for a new opening in my ceiling. Placing the plywood floor was particularly complicated because there are water lines, electrical lines, and air ducts that ran along the attic floor or close to the floor.
