On the day of installation, everything went perfectly, and my new system tested out like one in a new home. Even the County inspector remarked on the good job that was done. Once the job was completed, the office staff helped to prepare the necessary paperwork for me to submit for two rebates while they sent in two other rebates for me. Some of the paperwork they mailed to me had the wrong address on it, but once I told them, they corrected it and sent it out right away. The company couldn't be more pleasant to work with.
