was to install motion detectors at 3 doors, smoke alarm, glass alarms, 2 remotes & control box, with an installation cost of $99 & monthly service cost of $45. When the nice young man showed up late, he was only going to cover 2 doors & he had no broken glass alarms. He called the company & was told they could not install all of that equipment at no cost, even though that is what I had been promised. I have a difficult time handling incompentency & attempted rip-offs. Also, the contract he arrived with had incorrect dollar amounts on it. He said he would cross those out & add the amounts agreed upon. However, he could not cross out a statement that gave the company the right to increase the price of the monthly payments at any time they wished."
