"Overall these are the most hard working and helpful guys you'll ever encounter. I actually used them three times. The first time they demolished a backyard shed and removed it and its contents (rusty shovels, rotting doors, mildewed camping gear etc.) and cleared a patio area of 40 boxes of files, old computers, rusty grills and so on. They charged $325.00 and were done in about 2 hours. I thought it would take all day. They even swept the patio. The second time we attacked the garage. The garage had rows of filing cabinets and over the years the space between the cabinets accumulated junk -- from floor to chest high. I warned them that this would take much longer because I wanted to look at everything before tossing it. They were patient and never pressured me to hurry up, but when i said "toss" man, they were fast. And strong! They were tossing some rather heavy boxes 6 feet or more, from one guy to another. They charged $350.00 The third time was mostly clearing out 2 bedrooms that had been offices and a lot of rearranging furniture inide the house. These guys were hard working, cheerful and pleasant to be around. They charged me $250.00. My only complaint is not once were they on time. One hour to three hours later than the arranged time. But if that isn't a problem for you, you cannot do better than hiring this company."

He said he would be there in about 1/2 hour, which cut my time very close. I reminded him of my time constraint. Shortly before the time I had to leave he called again and said that he couldn't find a cross street I had named. He apparently had not written my directions down because he named the wrong street. He was about 15-20 minutes away. I said I could not wait that long. His response was to say "I've come all the way out here." I suggested that we set a new date.
