sold to use for $355. They wont match. The only reason we were able to return the closet doors was because they delivered the wrong closet doors to us. We were able to get it from home depot and saved over $500 for 3 closet doors. Home Depot even honor the %10 couple from Lowes for us. Home depot have also have similar shower doors for much less as well. However they already installed the shower doors. It took them 3 trips and each I have to take days off work. First time they installed it, they installed the cheap doors ( not the ones we ordered which cost about $400). They did also ordered the wrong closet door as mentioned above, not sure why its hard for them to deliver the items we ordered and paid for. On the second time, when they installed the correct door, it squeaked very loud. The installer could not fix it so they had to order another hinge. They finally install the new hinge on the third trip. We found a few other problems we were able to fix ourself because I did not want to take another day off to wait for these guys. The water would drip outside when the shower door is open after a shower. The drip guard was not leveled and tilt to the side that cause the water to flow out. We were able to fix this by adjusting the drip guard. The slider shower door does not slide smoothly. We found there were debris on the sliding wheels which we were able to remove with a cotton wad. Of course customer service was great when we were ordering. They said they would give use good deal for large order and match any comparable quotes. Once you order, its hard to get refund and they are not as responsive. They never call back when they said they would. You have to call again or go to the store. The assistant manager (

) said to me that "if you are trying to get discount, thats not going to happen" when we tell him the our issue with the large price difference with Home depot. We don't mind paying fair prices, but double the price, we feel like we were getting ripped off. Lucky we were able to return these because of their mistake. We were thinking of doing our windows with them before this, but not anymore after this experience."

"The estimator was one of the owners. He was early for the appointment and went through the options, explained the lead time, and prices. The quality of security doors from this vendor is much higher than what you typically see in home improvement stores. There were very

doors available as well as more ornate ones in various colors. The selection was very good. We put down a deposit and waited for 4-6 weeks. The estimator did not communicate the amount of the deposit to the other owner, who put double the original deposit amount on the credit card. We did not end up paying more than the contract amount. It was just an office snafu. The product ended up looking very good and did not scream, "this house has an iron security screen door on front!" The installers were on time. The installlers at first were not going to address an issue with the doorway threshhold, but then when prompted, did so. The locks were not keyed until about a week later. It would have been better to have them keyed that day, but it required a second visit. We had to be insistent about getting a weekend appointment for the estimate, due to work schedule. The company communicates fairly well by email."

"I was extremely pleased with them. They were very good. I was very happy with their work and they were very nice guys. They were easy to talk to. I would recommend them. I cannot tell about the money situation because it was basically between me, my source, and them. They had to have it painted by someone else and there was a delay on the thing. Then at the same time they didn't think that I wanted the door all that quickly. I told them there was no rush to start with. It could have been my problem they are saying that there is no real rush until my wife told me. This Friday of Saturday is Halloween. I don't want the back gate completely open or anything like that, so I told her that I would see what I could do. I was pestering them a little bit. I called them on a Monday, then on a Wednesday, and then I called again on a Thursday. They said they would get it done. One thing that we did want to get done was get a knocker and a little peephole type thing which we had before on the old door put in there. But they couldn't quite get it in on time. They returned the objects easily, but installed the door ahead of time as I had wanted them to do because of my wife's insistence on having the thing done earlier a little bit. I would have been perfectly happy having another week go by. However, Halloween being what it is, I guess I wanted the door fixed. We actually had other people come by for estimates for the door. Some were a little ridiculous and some were fine but they never showed up again and I even tried contacting them. "

Placing the plywood floor was particularly complicated because there are water lines, electrical lines, and air ducts that ran along the attic floor or close to the floor.
